NEW SOLIDARITY EXHIBITION !!!! " Dieter Früauff, Memento Perspectives " Good Day dear Movers !! After the success of our first collaborative exhibition " 4 Perspectives: An exhibition with Move2Reach " which helped to raise funds for @planinternational , we are impatient to welcome you this Saturday 16th of July in @staatstheater.wiesbaden for another charity exhibition ! This Saturday, the @hessischesstaatsballett will perform their last  "Memento", this delicate piece from choreographer Tim Plegge, is supported by the wonderful music of Max Richter's " Four Seasons " played by the Hessisches Staatsorchestra. We, at Move2Reach, thought this would be a beautiful opportunity to showcase Dieter Früauff’s vibrant new “Memento” inspired paintings, inside the astonishing Hessisches Staatstheater's Foyer and give our audience an opportunity to take home some memories of Tim Plegge’s touching production. This time again with the hope of simultaneously raising funds for @planinternationaldeutschland 's crisis Fund for Ukraine. @planinternational is a development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls, children in the world. Dieter Früauff will be present, for this occasion, presenting his personal approach : the use of live sketching, composing on various mediums, mix of techniques and of course, how he incorporates his colourful vision of movement into each painting to encapsulate the spirit of the choreography ! Questions and conversations with the artist are more than welcomed ! The Exhibition will be accessible from 18h30 on, in the Foyer GrossesHaus of Staatstheater Wiesbaden until after this last "Memento" performance ! You can as well purchase paintings on line !!! Follow the link in our Linktree to discover @k_of_r 's fabulous "Memento" catalogue and to know how to help Plan International ! "4 Perspectives, an exhibition with Move2Reach" From 8th to 18th of April 2022 in @staatstheaterdarmstadt is a collaborative exhibition that aims to celebrate art and solidarity. Following a mutual discovery, exchange of artistic ideas and thoughts about the world nowadays, it became evident for Dieter Früauff and the Move2Reach team to join hands in a common project ! Our first step was made to present @k_of_r 's sparkling and colourful universe in an "Artist Spotlight" displaying his paintings, creative process and insight about his artistic vision ! After this joyful exprience, Dieter Früauff expressed the generous wish to support Move2Reach through a new collaboration. Thus leading to this exhibition: a curation of some of his wonderful paintings around movement and dance, using his various techniques and very diverse, creative materials ! The exhibition supports @planinternationaldeutschland 's crisis Fund for Ukraine. @planinternational is a development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. Throughout "4 Perspectives: An exhibition with Move2Reach" everyone will be able to enjoy Dieter's sensitive artistry as well as offering to support, hand in hand, a beautiful cause. You can purchase paintings on line as well !!! Follow the link in our Linktree to discover Dieter's fabulous catalogue and to know how to help Plan International ! GOOD DAY EVERYONE !!! Your Move to Reach team is back from their Summer Break ! And to start on a positive note we wish to share with you one of our Outreach Project !!!! Everything started with the idea of a collaboration between some Move to Reach members and two wonderful violinists from the Hessisches Staatsorchestrer ! Magdalena Zell and Rebekka Herrmann ! Together we created a special performance with some of our favorite music pieces from Mendelsson’s "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" ! We offered this creation in elderly house, kindergarten and primary schools in Wiesbaden !!!! It was all over an incredible experience ! We could share our joy of movement, some beautiful music and great energy with everyone ! We hope to reiterate those events, to encounter and reach out to many more of you !!! #movetoreach #move2reach #theaterfest #helpingothers #art #dance #solidarity #movement #wiesbaden #darmstadt #artists #support #sharingiscaring #handinhand #creativity #joy #imagination #love #collaboration by @move2reach
Dear friends and supporters of Move2Reach !  As the theatre’s season comes to an end we decided to look back on our work in the past months. The regulations and safety measures didn’t allow us to fulfil all the plans we had when we created this group, but we look back on the period behind us and say thank you for being part of this collective movement. Thank you for joining our workshops and following our work. We wanted to reflect upon everything we experienced with you during zoom workshops and came to an idea to create a mini zine that will tell this story using words, ideas, reflections, colours, drawings and collage. We hope to reach even more people in wish of enjoying the movement while helping the causes and organisations we proudly support. Today we delivered these mini zines across the city of Wiesbaden and loved talking with local bookshop and café workers who generously allowed us to share this mini booklet in their businesses. You can find our zines in two local open-libraries as well ! For all of you who supported us from afar, we say a huge thank you and offer a digital pdf version ready to print ! Available in our Bio !!! We hope that this zine will be like a little pocket of inspiration to keep moving and exploring ! Until next time  Yours, Move2Reach team <3  📽@myline___ 📷@isidora.markovic7 #movetoreach #move2reach #summer #helpingothers #art #dance #solidarity #movement #wiesbaden #darmstadt #artists #support #sharingiscaring #handinhand #creativity #drawing #joy #imagination #love #collaboration #workshop #reflection #thankyou by @move2reach
Discover our trailer and A message from FINKBASS: „Being passionate about dancing my whole life, I obviously became a huge fan of @hessischesstaatsballett when I moved to Wiesbaden some years ago. What a great and diverse company! It’s been more than wonderful to get to know many of the dancers throughout the years and an absolute dream came true when the one and only @winderita shared her talent in my music video for Erase Me. When @move2reach contacted me to work on a pride project this June, I did not need time to think about it. I feel honoured to have had the chance of working with the kindest, most talented and passionate creatives there are. It was a surreal experience, being back on stage after a long lockdown, and also having such incredible dancers right in front of me, moving to my music. They’ve worked on their choreographies for only two weeks and I find they have brilliantly captured what my music tries to say. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making of this video! It’s been an incredible experience working with you, and now I finally know the power of collaborating! Thank you! We all can’t wait to share our collaboration with you this Wednesday! Love, Laura“ If you appreciated our collaboration and wish to support or see more of Finkbass, please consider following the link in our Bio to donate towards their work. 📽 @myline___ @laura.fink.bass @hessischesstaatsballett @staatstheater.wiesbaden @staatstheaterdarmstadt #movetoreach #move2reach #LGBTQIA+ #helpingothers #art #dance #solidarity #movement #wiesbaden #darmstadt #artists #support #sharingiscaring #music #livemusic #finkbass #joy #pride🌈 #love #collaboration #featuring by @move2reach
ARTIST SPOTLIGHT !!! All our Move to Reach team is excited to share with you a new wonderful project ! Discover our Video Collaboration with FINKBASS this Wednesday 30th of June at 20h on Vimeo and YouTube !!! FINKBASS [ pronouns: they/them/their ] is an incredible independent Solo Artist based in Wiesbaden !!! Their creativity is expressed through colourful music, who’s songs are self composed and interpreted with energy and passion. Their dreamy bass riffs occupy the foreground alongside powerful lyrics. FINKBASS’ deep engagement, and celebration of Queer empowerment, and identity pours beautifully from their art. It’s this intriguing mixture or musical skill, the joy of playing, and activism that captures their audience. It was then for us here at Move to Reach, an obvious and thrilling start to collaborate with FINKBASS on our Artist Spotlight! During this month of June celebrating Pride in all its forms, we wish more than ever to share some joy, love and energy ! What better way than to create, all together, a meeting point, an artistic crossroads for expression, and solidarity ? All links will be present in our Bio and we prepare a little build up for the occasion ! We can’t wait to share this beautiful encounter with you !!! 📷 @everything_i_picture @staatstheater.wiesbaden @staatstheaterdarmstadt @hessischesstaatsballett #movetoreach #move2reach #LGBTQIA+ #helpingothers #art #dance #solidarity #movement #wiesbaden #darmstadt #artists #support #sharingiscaring #music #livemusic #finkbass #joy #pride🌈 #love #collaboration #featuring by @move2reach
