🎂 I turned 35 a few days ago, and a friend gave me an idea that I loved: give away 35 coaching sessions for my 35th birthday.

So that’s exactly what I’m doing. 💚

I’m opening up 35 complimentary 60-minute coaching sessions for anyone who’s genuinely curious about coaching and wants to explore something happening in their life.

Maybe you’re navigating a transition, sitting with a decision, feeling stuck in a pattern, working toward a goal, or simply asking yourself, “What’s next?”

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just bring something you’re curious about.

The coaching I practice is rooted in ontological coaching, which means rather than giving you advice or telling you what to do, we’ll get curious about how you’re seeing and experiencing what’s happening—and what might become possible when you see it differently.

There’s no obligation to continue coaching afterward. This is simply an opportunity to experience the work and see what comes from one conversation.

I didn’t know dreams could come true before you even knew you had them 🥹✨

Dancing with @claudio_rnv at @baychatafestival opened my eyes to a whole new level of what’s possible. There’s ALWAYS more to unlock, more to feel, more to discover in dance… I just love being on this journey. 💛

I had the most amazing time at Baychata this year. What a trip. Dancing with top dancers, taking workshops, getting lost in the socials, and teaching my own workshop. Laughing with friends. So much play, connection, and joy in community. My heart is full. 🫶🏼
