That I love Pilates is no secret, but the love and appreciation I have for the Pilates community is something else. 🤎

It’s such a beautiful kind of sisterhood. Being a good teacher means always staying a student, and there’s no better community to embrace and celebrate that than us Pilates instructors. The number of times we attend each other’s classes, support one another, and learn and grow together is truly amazing. There’s something so special about being part of a community filled with inspiring individuals, each with their own unique teaching style and personality. I absolutely love being part of it. 🤎
