FUCK TOXIC POSITIVITY. šŸ–•šŸ¼

Here’s what they won’t tell you.

You don’t have to heal to start living again.

You can be angry. Depressed. Grieving. Completely fucking exhausted by everything life has thrown at you.

You can miss someone, hate what happened, have days you can’t get out of bed, and STILL build a life outside of it.

Because life isn’t always beautiful. Sometimes it’s unfair, cruel, and downright tragic.

And you’re a HUMAN. Not a fucking affirmation machine.

You don’t have to meditate, pretend you’re grateful, raise your vibration, or be positive 24/7.

You’re not going to lose your chance at a beautiful life because you had a bad fucking day.

But here’s what DOES matter.

MOVEMENT.

Moving IN, even when you’re still sitting in the darkness.

Moving THROUGH, even when nothing feels okay.

Moving OUT, building a life without having to forget, suppress, or pretend the unimaginable never happened.

Two things can be true.

Your life can be devastating AND still become something beautiful.

That’s why I created the Move In Move Through Move Out Methodā„¢.

And I’m building a community to show you how.

Not to fix you. Not to tell you how to heal.

To help you start living again, even if you’re still carrying everything that happened.

šŸ’¬ Tell me something. Are you tired of being told to just stay positive when your life feels like it’s falling apart?

Follow along. We’re doing this shit differently. ā•ļø

Last night, I lost Murphy, my soulmate in furbaby form for 16 years. ā¤ļø

First, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Every dime you generously gave helped me do everything I needed to do for Murphy. After his fall down a flight of stairs, he needed a CT scan and other testing. We learned he had a brain bleed and swelling. We did everything we could to keep him out of pain, but ultimately, I had to let him go. I couldn’t let him suffer.

This comes just two days after Hassan’s Remembrance Days and four days before what would have been our 11th anniversary. I never imagined losing Murphy this way.

Murphy lived a wonderful life. He traveled the world, met amazing humans and was treated wonderfully by everyone, even those who weren’t always the best to me.

I got Murphy right after Dez’s last brain surgery, when she had lost the use of her right side. We called Dez his ā€œkissy sissy.ā€ Right before she’d have a seizure, he’d jump beside her and kiss her until it was over. Even in the past year, when Murphy became deaf and blind and stopped giving many kisses, he never stopped kissing Dez. Every time she was near him, he kissed her.

For 16 years, through more hardships than not, Murphy was there. Always waiting for me. Always loving me. Never judging me. I could walk out the front door for two seconds and he’d be so excited when I came back. All he ever wanted was to be there and love me.

Losing him is one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. I wanted more time with him, but I couldn’t let him suffer.

To everyone who helped, even when you were facing hardships of your own, there aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. You helped me care for Murphy when he needed it most. I know I am loved and surrounded by people who love, care for and respect me. I cherish you all.

I hope what I share in the future gives back some of the kindness you’ve shown me. Everyone deserves to feel this kind of love and support.

I picture Murphy running to Hassan, so excited to see him. I know Hassan was waiting. His brother Dusty and his cousin Elvis are there, too. ā¤ļø

Thank you for loving us. taken in Marion, Indiana by @moveinthroughout

I wish it got easier.

I wish I could go back to the night before.
I wish I could sit with you one more time.

Each year, you think maybe it will get easier. It doesn’t.

You come to realize you’ll never be the same. The world isn’t as colorful. You don’t feel joy the same way you did when they were still here.

And everything unfortunate, painful, bad, or sad somehow feels 10x worse, because it has a way of taking you right back to the last day you got to see them alive.

You also learn how vulnerable grief can make you. That you can become an easy target for people who prey on those with their guard down. You learn that people can still treat you horribly, no matter what you’ve survived, what you’ve been through, or who you’ve lost.

I wish I could tell you time heals all wounds.

It doesn’t.

They say you learn to adapt, and yes, most days you do. But there will always be days when it’s heavy. Sometimes even heavier than the day it happened.

What I can say is that you have to learn how to live with two things being true.

The darkness can still exist, and on the days you can see the light, you build there. You keep going. You create something alongside everything you carry.

ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹I wasn’t sure how I was ever going to come to a place where I could help people again.

ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹But I think I finally figured it out.

ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹And I can’t wait to share it with all of you soon.

ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹Just not today, like I had planned.

Today turned out to be heavier than I expected.

Today is four years since Hassan passed away.

So please, tell the people you love that you love them today.

If you can hug them, hug them a little longer.

Say your apologies.
Own your part.
Don’t go to bed mad.

Because sometimes you don’t get another morning to fix it.

And you could wake up regretting it for the rest of your life, like I do. by @moveinthroughout

If you’ve ever been destroyed by someone in life, please stay and follow me šŸ“² @moveinthroughout

This is the part that fucks with your head because you are NOTHING like the person who did those things to you. And honestly, that’s a fucking blessing. You don’t understand how they can operate like that because YOU would never treat someone that way. I could never treat someone as horribly as I was treated in my last relationship. It was extreme, unnecessary, and caused destruction in my life.

But here’s where it gets confusing. Sometimes two people meet and it feels like HOME. The energy is insane. The sex is probably great. Everything feels intense, safe, exciting… until suddenly something changes.

They pull away. They get colder. And once you separate, it can feel like you never fucking existed. They seem to move on while you’re left holding ALL of it: the emotional baggage, the questions, replaying conversations, wondering if they’ll ever change, trying to talk sense into them and getting nowhere.

A lot of the time, this dynamic feels so intense because your core wounds are similar. Maybe abandonment, rejection, or never feeling good enough.

The difference is how you cope.

You go outward. Because you never got what you needed, you OVER-give it to other people hoping someone will finally give it back. Love. Safety. Reassurance. Understanding.

They go inward. Their wound turns into shame. They don’t feel good enough or safe enough, so when the relationship gets real, they push away the exact thing they said they wanted.

And that dynamic becomes extremely fucking painful.

Now LISTEN. Understanding why somebody behaves this way does NOT excuse what they did. What they did was wrong. It is still FUCK THEM. It will always be FUCK THEM. šŸ˜‚

And here’s the hardest thing to accept: nothing will work with this person unless they do serious work on themselves. You can try 5 times, 10 times, 50 fucking times, but if nothing changes inside them, the outcome stays the same.

That shit hurts. But the sooner you stop waiting for a different ending from the same person, the sooner your life starts hurting less.

And eventually, you become fucking by @moveinthroughout

It’s hard to understand this… but if you relate, STAY. Follow me @thehotmesssuccess_ because this is going to help you.

You are a loving fucking soul. A deep empath. You’ve probably been through more shit than most people could survive.

You can see someone’s trauma and understand WHY they are the way they are. Because you never want anyone to feel the pain you’ve felt, you love harder. You show them safety and real love… what life feels like when they can finally be themselves without judgment.

That person who was so good to you, so kind, so fucking loving? I don’t believe all of that was fake. That was a version of who they are.

You showed up as EVERYTHING they claimed they wanted. Love. Safety. Acceptance. Someone who could see their darkest parts and still stay.

But once they got it, being loved by you forced them to see themselves.

They saw what a loving, honest human looks like. You loved them even when they weren’t lovable. Suddenly they had to face that they weren’t living by the values they claimed to have.

That kind of love can feel foreign as fuck.

Then the ego steps in:
ā€œThis isn’t real.ā€
ā€œThey’ll leave.ā€
ā€œThis won’t last.ā€

So they destroy it first. They push. They sabotage. They say something so annihilating you have no choice but to walk away.

Then they stay away.

And you feel thrown away like trash. Like none of it mattered.

But hear me: YOU were real.

You showed them something they couldn’t maintain, and they exposed themselves.

They may feel shame. They may feel unworthy. They may know they can’t live up to who they claimed to be.

AND THEY DON’T DESERVE ACCESS TO YOU WHILE THEY REFUSE TO HEAL.

No matter how badly you want to call, text, explain, fix it, or hope it works out…

STAY NO CONTACT.

People can change, but less than 1% actually do the deep, consistent work required to heal. And even if they decide to heal, it can take years of honest, consistent work. You do not have to destroy yourself waiting for someone to become who they promised they were.

Go live your fucking life.

There is so much more out there. There ARE people who know how to love without making you bleed for it.

First šŸ“² @thehotmesssuccess_

No one talks about what happens when your life collapses. Not just one tragedy… but rebuilding everything, the income, the lifestyle, the safety, the love, the strength it took to even get back up… just to lose it all again.

No one talks about what it feels like when the person you loved the most walks away when it gets hard. Leaves you with the bills, the responsibilities, packing up your entire life alone.

Then finding out they used you. Never loved you. Never wanted to marry you. Never even wanted you like that to begin with.

M0nsters don’t look like m0nsters. They wear masks. They’re charming. They love you out loud. Meet your family, take trips with you, build a whole life with you… all while knowing they’re not real.

And this wasn’t just heartbreak. This was after the most unimaginable loss of my life. Losing someone suddenly, 6 days before our 7 year anniversary… and still having to survive that kind of grief.

People don’t tell you that when you’re in that level of pain, when your guard is down and your heart is wide open, there are people who will take advantage of it. They’ll use your emotions, twist them, break you down, and help you lose everything you fought to rebuild.

Then walk away like you never mattered. Skip your anniversary. Never apologize. And somehow play the victim.
If you’ve ever felt this kind of pain… you’re not crazy. You’re not alone.

If your life is falling apart, or already has, and you’re trying to find yourself again…

You have no idea how much this post from @thescriptedsoul18 hits home.

In 2015, my daughter still hadn’t recovered from brain surgery she had in 2014. She lost the right side of her body for 10 months and spent all of 2015 in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, 3 days a week, 3 hours a day.

In October 2022, the person I thought I’d spend the rest of my life with suddenly died, 6 days before our 7th anniversary.

Then in October 2023, someone came into my life who I truly believed the universe had sent so I wouldn’t have to face the unimaginable losses I’d already survived alone. He was everything I’d ever wanted. We got married in July 2024.

It didn’t last. In June 2025, he told me he never loved me, never wanted to be with me, never wanted to marry me, and that everything between us had been fake. I kicked him out, and I haven’t seen him in over a year. We’ve only talked twice since.

My life collapsed that year. I lost access to who I once was, the woman who could take any painful event and somehow turn it into massive success. She’s gone. I can’t access her anymore. My life collapsed physically, mentally, financially, and my identity collapsed right along with it.

It’s now 2026, and I’m still living in the aftermath. I’m living with my mom, sleeping in her laundry room, trying to rebuild a life that still feels so far away. Some days I wonder if that life will ever come because mentally, I still feel like I could collapse even more.

The saddest part is that I’ve had to carry most of this alone. People ask if I’m okay, and when I say yes, they move on, relieved they don’t have to have the conversation. If I do try to talk about it, the subject usually changes. I don’t think it’s because they don’t care. I think most people just don’t know what to do when the strongest person they know breaks. Or maybe they only knew the version of me that was convenient, the one who laughed the loudest, loved the hardest, and was always ready for the next adventure.

It’s funny how people disappear.

So yeah… you don’t need to hurt me. Life already did.

I hate it. Mind your business if you see me in a damn wig. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøšŸ„“

What they don’t tell you about a full-life collapse is that you can lose more than homes, people, cars, income, and the life you thought you were going to have.

Sometimes you lose your fucking hair too.

Call it stress, not eating enough, rapid weight loss, hormones, whatever. But when you’re someone who has always loved her hair, watching it thin, break, and literally fall out until you have bald spots is horrible. It sounds small compared to everything else, until you’re standing in the mirror and one more piece of yourself feels gone.

When it first started growing back, I tried tape-ins, extensions, clip-ins, all of it. Unfortunately, nothing really helped.

😌 My hair was gone.

I hate how I look with short hair, but I finally decided I’m done fighting it. I’m going on a healthy hair journey and letting this shit grow.

No color. No bleach. Just supplements, peptides, topical treatments, patience, and leaving it the hell alone.

I don’t let much about aging bother me. I try to keep up with myself. šŸ˜‚ But going gray? That one is going to take a minute.

Still, I think I’m going to embrace that too. šŸ’”ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ā¤ļø

Maybe this season isn’t about trying to look like the version of me before everything fell apart.

Maybe it’s about loving the woman who grew back. taken in Indiana by @moveinthroughout

I LOST MY CAR….it’s gone😌 And with that, I have officially lost everything. šŸ’” AND I MEAN EVERYTHING.

Hassan suddenly passed away 6 days before our seventh anniversary. I lost my half-million-dollar business. I lost my home. I lost the second man I ever believed I would spend the rest of my life with. I lost my hair to bald spots from depression and grief. šŸ˜ž And yesterday, I lost my car.

That car was the last remaining piece of my old life, so yes, I cried. But then something shifted…. I realized I’m at Ground Zero.

I’m sleeping in my mom’s laundry room. I’ve been using DoorDash just to get by. And somehow I realized something absolutely fucking wild: šŸ’« One of the most magical times of my life is happening right now.

My insurance settlement was WAY better than I expected, and I have another $5,000-$7,000 worth of furniture and household shit in storage.

šŸ—£ļø I’M SELLING IT ALL.

For the first time in my life, I get to start over without immediately rebuilding another version of the life I just lost. I get to decide what stays, what goes, what matters, where I want to live, what I want to build, and who the fuck I want to become.

For the first time, I’m betting on ME. šŸ—£ļø AND I PROMISE YOU THE HOUSE IS GOING TO WIN!

I never thought I would become an author. Now I have a series of 10 books in me, built from the experiences that nearly destroyed me. I’ve also created a community for people who have lived through unimaginable loss, tragedy, deeply unfair lives, and stacked trauma.

Because I know that life. I fucking lived it. And somehow, I’m still here.

I am unbelievably grateful. And I am also deeply fucking sad. Those 2 things can exist at the same time.

I would never pretend the destruction required to get here was beautiful. It fucking hurt.

But this is exactly where I need to be. The woman who finally chose peace instead of war. The woman who chose herself. The woman who decided she wasn’t going to recreate the same life in a different fucking outfit.

This time, I get to build according to my heart. šŸ—£ļø ON MY TERMS!

From Ground Zero.

After losing EVERYTHING….

I am at the perfect place on a new time by @moveinthroughout

šŸ¤”What if you told yourself something that made more sense?

šŸ¤”What if it’s only painful because it’s not your truth?

šŸ¤”What if it’s years of conditioning that have kept you and your safe space from your feelings towards others?

šŸ¤”What if it’s your defense mechanism?

šŸ¤”What if it’s just your ego?

šŸ¤”What if the truth is the opposite of what you’ve been telling yourself?

šŸ¤”How horrible would it truly be if you were honest with yourself?

šŸ¤”Sometimes the story we sell ourselves is because what actually happened is so painful we can’t face it.

šŸ¤”What if what we’ve done is so horrible that you tell yourself something different so you don’t have to take accountability for what happened?
