MFG 006!!!!!! Hi everyone, Movement For Good is back next week with another event, this time an evening trail run in the Port Hills. Tuesday 14th July, meeting 6pm for 5 easy km in the dark with a good crew, followed by post run refreshments thanks to @b.effectbrewing :).

Trail running this Saturday in the Port Hills, followed by coffee at @signofthekiwinz . Meeting at sign of the kiwi car park at 7.15 for 1 hour in the hills. No sign up required for this event. If you need a ride out there, a google form is in @wearegritt bio.

Movement For Good 005!

Hi all, MFG is going biking at Craigieburn next week. Meeting at 9am at Texas Flat car park, for 2-3 hours on the Craigieburn trails, followed by a BBQ and refreshments from @b.effectbrewing . Intermediate to advanced skills are required for this event. Come along for a day of connection and community in the hills ❤️‍🔥
