London! (Nov 13th - 15th) So much sightseeing to do. London was a massive city, it felt like New York city but with cooler architecture. The china town was amazing, I went to 3 christmas markets, Borough Market, Buckingham Palace, The Micheal Jackson musical, the British Museum, and so so much more, I walked my feet off. The food was amazing I have to make a separate post for the food! London was super cool, massive compared to anywhere i’ve been too. taken in London, United Kingdom by @moventures3

Walked around Vienna to explore and ended up having really good chinese food for dinner. The next day we traveled to Salzburg! This was such a cute town, I would’ve loved to see it covered in snow. We hiked up to the old Fortress which had great view of Salzburg. Continued to explore the city before heading home! Love love love Austria, it is such an underrated country. Amsterdam, Netherlands! (Oct 24th - Oct 27th) From Belgium I met up with two of my roommates. Amsterdam was a very pretty city, the canals are stunning, running through all of the neighborhoods was very pretty. The neighborhoods of Amsterdam were gorgeous! We did an unlimited cheese and drinks boat and toured the canals leaning about the city. (The tour was awesome we did not want it to end) We also got super good spare ribs, and had plenty of stroop waffles. Walked through the Rijksmuseum which was stunning. Did a tour of the Heineken brewery which was delicious and awesome. Continued to walk around the city and explore! But they also know how to party and have a good time. LOVED Amsterdam it was so much fun and such a good trip with friends. taken in Amsterdam Netherland by @moventures3

Brussels, Belgium! (Oct 22nd - Oct 24th) Solo traveled to Brussels I really enjoyed being able to eat as many belgium waffles as I wanted and having a lot of belgium beers. The city square had some amazing buildings that looks incredible in overcast weather. I went on a walking tour and heard about all of the “dark secrets” about brussels and it was very interesting. The city was larger than I expected so I walked all around, and ran into a huge flea market ( a lot of the stuff is so cheap there because a lot of the items were stolen) so I got some cheap stuff. A famous dish there is muscles and fries, the muscles were delicious, the fries were eh, but people dip the fries into the broth of the muscles. Not included in the post but I also got indian food one night I got butter chicken and garlic naan and it was so good on a cold day. I went to a place that had over 2004 beers!!!! Saw part of the city wall that was built 1000 years ago, and walked, ate, and drank my way through this city, it was fun. The fall colors in this city was amazing! taken in Brussels, Belgium by @moventures3

Bratislava, Slovakia! (Oct 20th) Talk about cheap beer! This was the best thing about this trip. I got a 0.5 L beer for €2.90 with an amazing view! The beer was good as well. Anyways visited the Bratislava Castle which was cool and had amazing views of the city. Visited some churches and one was fully blue which was very interesting. Also had very good traditional food! All of the food was so so good and cheap beers! Overall a small city but it was nice for a day! taken in Bratislava, Slovakia by @moventures3

Vienna food dump. This place knows how to eat! They do amazing German food but they can do other international dishes SO WELL!!! First is veal schnitzel, it was so light crispy thin and delicious served with butter potatoes and lingonberry sauce to dip in, it was the best german meal I have ever had 11/10 it was life changing. I then had amazing Chinese food I had a pork belly bowl with soybean pasta and it was one of the best Chinese food i’ve had, the chicken gua bun and the soup dumpling bao topped this meal off perfectly, overall it was the best Chinese food i’ve ever had. I then tried Viennas famous sachertorte chocolate cake with apricot jam, it was okay. It wasn’t sweet at all, it tasted like apricot liquor. I got a smash burger because i’ve been craving one and this one hit the spot, my standards are high for smash burgers and this one hit the spot. I then had pork schnitzel which was so good and delicious very similar to the veal one, very good. I got a slice of chocolate mousse cake from a famous bakery, and of course had to wash all of this down with german beers. Needless to say Viennas food was AMAZING!!! taken in Vienna, Austria by @moventures3

Vienna, Austria (Oct 18th - Oct 21st) I LOVE VIENNA❤️. I want to move to Vienna. This is my favorite city i’ve visited so far. It was my first solo trip and I loved everything about this trip. Vienna is the perfect mix of a young busy city, with easy access to nature, delicious food (that deserves its own post), full of history, public transportation was very accessible and easy, the weather was perfect with fall colors everywhere, the safety of it, everything about this city was amazing. I could not recommend a place more! (maybe Florence) but overall an absolute gem that is not talked about enough! My trip was full of wondering the city, did a walking tour which was a great experience because our guide was very knowledgeable. The fourth picture is where Hitler gave a speech in 1938. The tour we learned a lot about Hitler and the impacts he had on Austria which I found interesting. Also on the tour we learned about the royal family that ruled for 600 years, so later that day I went and visited one of their palaces and it was stunning inside and their outside gardens were stunning and massive. I also went to the art museum in Vienna where I found the most interest in the super old egyptian artifacts, sculptures, and artwork. Overall such an amazing place I absolutely loved it. taken in Vienna, Austria by @moventures3

Split, Croatia (Oct 10th -13th) Our days were full of activities! We had an all day boat day which we got to stop and have lunch on an island and then swim in the blue lagoon. Party boat was so much fun with a very pretty sunset. We also did atving in the mountains which was stunning, it was two hours of it then they gave us dinner which was delicious, to have a plate full of meat was so different than the carbs and dairy in Florence. I also found beef stew gnocchi that I had to try and it was one of the best pastas i’ve had in Europe. Beef was so tender it was so delicious. We ended the trip at Krka national park to see waterfalls! Croatia was very beautiful, definitely a city where you do activities so I am very glad we did, very fun trip, lovely to get some warm weather! taken in Split, Croatia by @moventures3

Paris food dump!! Cookie croissant was so delicious it was well worth the hype, but we did walk almost 2 hours too it because we didn’t know the city was that big. For dinner I got duck which was actually very good then finished the night was lebanese ice cream, I tried the classic way with pistachios around the outside of it but it was way too many pistachios for my liking, but the ice cream was a vanilla and orange flavor and it was so so good. We had to get hot chocolate and croissants, it was basically pure chocolate and the whipped cream to add balanced it out, then you would dip the croissant in to it, SO GOOD, that was the best hot chocolate i’ve ever had. We had to get french onion soup because it was chilly outside and looked so delicious (it was so delicious). We did a picnic with a baguette and strawberry’s which were both phenomenal. Got super good macaroons that picture that was Oreo and lemon flavored. We later discovered the best thing ever which is french tacos which was there version of fast food, You customize it where the base is fries and sauce that you get to pick two sauces and you get to pick your protein (well it was so good we went two days in a row so one day I got chicken tenders and the next day chicken nuggets) then it was grilled and served warm which absolutely hit the spot because it was chilly outside. And it was only €6!! Then on our last day we did a food tour which was amazing. We got macaroons, chocolate, crepes, roll type bread, meats, cheeses, pork and pickles, baguettes from the bakery that used to be the bakery for the president! a very fancy version of a hot pocket, eclairs, and so much wine to go with it. Haley and I were probably the youngest people in the tour by 10-15 years but it was so much fun and we got to try so many amazing things, while exploring a part of Paris we haven’t seen yet. taken in Paris, France by @moventures3

Paris, France (Sep 28th - Oct 1st) Haley and I met up in Paris! We visited the Eiffel Tower, and we climbed it (668 stairs) later. We had an amazing view of Paris. We were both not expecting how big the city was, it was a very similar feel to New York. We then went to the Louvre Museum to most importantly see the Mona Lisa which was surprising small, I don’t know why I thought it was going to be a large painting but it was pretty small. The museum was full of so much incredible art. The outside of the museum had a large garden area that we sat in and enjoyed the view of the effiel tower. Later we saw the wall that says I love you in every language that was so cool. It took us a while to find it because it was in cursive and we were looking for print writing. We accidentally stumbled upon a beautiful garden that we sat in and watched music videos. Saw some amazing churches and the Eiffel tower was pink for breast cancer awareness which was such a beautiful sighted to see! Could’ve posted a lot more, such a large city, food dump coming soon! taken in Paris, France by @moventures3
