Pain can get expensive.

Doctor visits. MRIs. Specialists. Injections. Medications. Surgery.

But the biggest cost is spending years chasing relief without ever learning what’s causing the problem.

Most people are never taught how their posture, breathing, alignment, and movement habits are concentrating pressure into the same joints and tissues every day.

That’s what we do.

MoveU teaches you how to identify the patterns driving your pain, improve body awareness, build better movement habits, and create a body that distributes pressure more evenly.

Because if nothing changes about how your body moves, why would you expect a different result?

Right now, you can save $130 (26% off) on an annual membership for our Summer Sale. Comment ‘RESERVE’ and we’ll save your spot. by @moveu

SI joint pain doesn’t usually appear overnight.

For many people, it’s the result of spending years living in extension.

Ribs flared.

Pelvis tipped forward.

The low back carrying more load than it was designed to.

Relief starts by teaching your body the opposite.

Stack the ribs over the pelvis.

Learn to control that position.

Then strengthen it.

Then carry it into the way you stand, walk, lift, and train.

A better rib stack isn’t just an exercise.

It’s a new default.

Shoulder pain doesn’t always start where it hurts.

One muscle we check often is the infraspinatus, part of your rotator cuff that sits underneath the shoulder blade.

This technique follows the muscle fibers to find tender trigger points.

Once you find one, don’t keep searching.

Stay there.

Breathe.

Let the muscle settle before moving on.

Simple. Effective. And your partner might even let you borrow their massage skills again. by @moveu

Step one: Stand in front of a mirror and just look. Are your hips level or is one side hiking up? Are your shoulders even or is one noticeably higher?

Step two: From standing, close your eyes and fold forward to touch your toes. Now open your eyes. Is one hand farther back than the other? One foot rotated or drifting? That asymmetry is a huge clue.

These little tests matter because they show you how your spine is actually moving when you train, lift, run, and live. If you’re building strength on top of a curved or rotated pattern, you’re also building compensation — which is why pain keeps coming back.

If you see these signs, don’t panic. Just get a plan.

That sharp pain in the little dimple of your low back?

There’s a good chance it’s your SI joint.

One of the most common things we see is people living with their weight shifted onto the painful side.

Your body adapts.

Pressure builds.

The joint gets irritated.

Instead of stretching everything around it, start by changing where your body is putting its weight.

Sometimes a small shift in alignment creates a big change in how the joint feels. by @moveu

Low back pain is rarely just a low back problem.

The spine sits in the middle of everything.

Limited hips. Poor glute control. A ribcage that lives in one position. A pelvis that can’t organize underneath it.

Every one of those changes where pressure ends up.

You can numb pain.

You can cut tissue.

You can strengthen muscles.

None of those teach your body how to distribute force differently.

That’s why we don’t train body parts.

We train movement patterns.

Because the body doesn’t care where you feel the pain.

It responds to how you move. by @moveu

Your hips aren’t just along for the ride.

They’re the connection between your upper and lower body.

Every step, squat, pivot, and turn depends on them rotating well.

Limited hip rotation changes how force moves through your body. The low back twists more. The SI joint works harder. The knees and ankles lose options. Even the glutes stop doing their job as well.

That’s why we don’t just train strength.

We train hip rotation.

Because better hips give the rest of your body more ways to move. by @moveu

Five misalignment patterns. Rate yourself 1–10. Ten means it's obvious. One means it's minor. Most people are surprised by what they find.

I took you through all five live today — and my guest @christy.girl showed you what's possible on the other side.

Five months ago Christy was bedridden. Tens of thousands of dollars spent on injections, stem cells in Mexico, every chiropractor, PT, and surgeon you can think of. Nothing worked.

Today she's running. Squatting. Lunging. Stronger and more toned than ever.

She is genuinely one of my favorite humans and I am so proud of her.

---

The sheet I showed on the live is available inside our membership. If you want to know your pattern and actually fix it — this is how.

**MoveU 30 for 30. A dollar a day.**
The challenge starts August 1st. One long-form video a week for 12 weeks. We go through this entire sheet — every component, every movement, every pattern.

When you're ready:
→ Comment **CHALLENGE** below
→ Or click the link in bio

When you join — go straight to **Back & Core Level 1** and start from the top. Breathing. Bracing. Pelvic control. Work down the list. That's where it starts for everyone.

So your back’s f*cked? Let’s talk.

If you’ve got disc pain, joint pain, muscle pain, or sciatic pain - fear not because we can improve yo sh!t.

Here’s the good news:

Disc pain isn’t your disc “slipping out.”
It’s often pressure + poor load tolerance. When your body learns how to absorb force again, discs calm down.

Joint pain doesn’t mean your joints are “bone on bone.” It usually means they’re stiff, guarded, and under-moved. Joints thrive on smart, progressive motion.

Muscle pain isn’t just weakness- it can also be from them being overworked. Your body compensates when movement patterns are off. Fix the pattern, and the tension follows.

Sciatic pain isn’t a nerve that’s “angry forever.” Restore trust through the right movement, and symptoms can change.

What I didn’t have time to cover in the video👆

The reason this pattern forms in the first place is largely postural adaptation — your nervous system literally learns to hold your body in a compressed, inefficient position over years of sitting, repetitive movement, and stress.

Janda called it “upper and lower crossed syndrome.”

The Prague School called it developmental kinesiology.

The research backs it up.

A 2019 study in the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy found that lumbopelvic movement patterns directly correlate with chronic low back pain recurrence — meaning it’s not a tissue problem, it’s a movement pattern problem.

That’s why the firing order matters.

You can’t just throw a bird dog at a broken pattern and expect it to stick.

Core breathing first — because without intra-abdominal pressure, your pelvis can’t move correctly.

Then the pelvis.
Then the ribs.
Then the hip.
Then upper back and scapula.
Isolate each.
Integrate them.
Then apply to real movement.

This is what took me 15 years to piece together from McGill, Janda, the Prague School, McKenzie, and years of clinical practice.

⏳ These are the last days to join — enrollment closes soon.
