Your Pilates class got possessed. 🎃👻

Sped-up clips, spooky vibes, a whole lot of reformer mayhem and witchy style dowels. Because apparently, regular Pilates just wasn’t scary enough. 😂

The costumes? Extra.
The energy? Unmatched.
The shaking? Absolutely terrifying. by @movewith_gina

Thank you to my favorite little coven of Pilates psychos for making this Halloween one for the books and getting in a Wickedly Good Workout! 🎃👹

Now go eat your body weight in candy and pretend you didn’t just spend an hour making your abs question their existence. 😜

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, STAY SPOOKY STRONG! 👻💀 by @movewith_gina

POV: Your Pilates instructor has officially lost her damn mind. 😂

When I say I take themes seriously…I MEAN IT. 🤣

Just a glimpse of showing up as a whole inflatable unicorn because apparently regular Halloween costumes just weren’t unhinged enough.

And now I expect my clients to MATCH THE ENERGY. 👀😂

🎃 Halloween day classes = GO ALL OUT.
👻 Costumes are EXTREMELY encouraged.
💀 The more ridiculous, the better.
🦄 Your dignity is optional. Your commitment to the theme is not. 😂. More surprises to come! 🤫 by @movewith_gina

Took @seanbergarapilates no spring plank challenge but without the weight and I have to say, it’s hard but wasn’t as bad as I thought! May try the weight next time by @movewith_gina

Just for @ar050484 😂 It’s been a while since I full Teasered but since you sent me that video I had to try. Not horrible, but either I need a smoother box or slicker pants because the spin was slow going lol! by @movewith_gina
