Inviting an estate agent into your home is easy, but finding the right partner to represent you takes a little more thought.

For homeowners across Brentwood, it pays to look beyond the headline valuation.

Ask about contract tie-in periods, who will conduct your viewings, and how proactively your sale will be managed once an offer is accepted.

I believe one-to-one guidance makes all the difference when navigating negotiations and protecting your move.

If you are planning an autumn move, take your time and ask the questions that matter most to you.

The stats are the stats. Mostly positive I'd say.

Whether the market changes or not, one thing remains the same:

The right strategy sells houses.

When your home enters the market, serious buyers compare it against everything else available in Brentwood. If the initial guide price feels realistic, house hunters are far more likely to book a viewing rather than scroll past.

That early momentum is where the real value lies. Multiple interested buyers viewing in the same week often leads to genuine confidence, encouraging decisive offers rather than cautious negotiations.

With 22 years of experience in property, I provide one-to-one guidance to help you find that balance from day one. Feel free to message me if you would like to chat through your plans. by @movewith_ria

Buyers and sellers aren’t always starting from the same place right now.

A home can be priced correctly, but buyers may still assume there’s room for a big negotiation. Meanwhile, the seller is wondering why the offers aren’t closer to asking.

But thats ok. It happens, and agents like us are experienced enough to troubleshoot and have the hard conversations. We've dealt with every type of market!

As we said in the video, sometimes it just takes a bit of conversation. Once everyone understands where the other is coming from, there’s every chance of finding a way forward.

❤️ An absolutely wonderful client to work with.

I feel like we are definitely a team and because of that teamwork, we managed to secure over asking price!

The approach, communication and trust helped me to do the job I promised.

Thank you Bev. It means the world.

Have you ever noticed two similar properties on the same road find buyers at completely different speeds?

In Brentwood, CM14, presentation and targeted positioning make all the difference. From how a home is launched to tailoring viewings for genuine buyers, a carefully planned route to market sets the pace.

As an independent team offering one-to-one guidance, we believe every home deserves its own tailored plan. If you are considering a move this September, we would love to help you plan your next step.
