The first Lancaster Wellness Club was so much fun! So thankful for all who came out and moved with me! 🤍 stay tuned for info on the next one! Based on feedback we will be altering the time a bit to accommodate more schedules! Thank you to all of the brands who gifted us the best post movement drinks! @drinkpoppi @saintjamesicedtea @nuunhydration

Ready for the next one? Lancaster Wellness Club is back on October 20th for another night of movement and community with a special Breathwork session🧘🏻‍♀️
🪩Doors open at 5:30, class starts at 5:45

🪩To bring: a mat, a water, + an optional journal and ankle weights if you have them and choose to use them

🪩Provided: a guided Pilates class, reflection, and a beverage for the social hour

This past Tuesday was the second Lancaster Wellness Club! It’s so exciting to see the growth that it has already had, the connections and friendships being made, and the intentional movement at every level 🫶🏻 every third Tuesday, this is a space for you!
