🌊🚤 LAKE NORMAN WATERFRONT LIVING—NOW $950,000!

YOU CAN’T CREATE MORE LAKE NORMAN WATERFRONT—BUT YOU CAN STILL GET IN WHILE THIS PRICE POINT IS WITHIN REACH! 🌅

Deep-water lake homes with their own private boat ramp, no HOA, and extensive renovations completed are becoming harder to find. As Lake Norman continues to grow in popularity, opportunities like this may not stay at this price point forever.

🏡 THE BIG WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE!
Why take on a major renovation when you can enjoy a home where so many improvements were completed recently?

🌊 Deep-water location on Lake Norman
🚤 Private boat ramp already in place
⚓ Your own fixed pier
🌴 No HOA
💰 Potential for a vacation rental investment or your own private lake retreat!

THE BOAT RAMP ALONE IS WORTH TALKING ABOUT! Getting approval for a new private ramp can be challenging, and this property already has one in place.

Imagine morning coffee overlooking the lake, afternoons out on the boat, and peaceful evenings by the water.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time residence, a weekend escape, or an investment opportunity, this property deserves a spot on your must-see list. Don’t look back a few years from now wishing you had taken a closer look while Lake Norman waterfront was still available at this price point.

📍 6917 Navajo Trail | Sherrills Ford, NC
💰 NOW OFFERED AT $950,000

📲 Come see what makes this property special. Schedule your private tour today!

Always great connecting with fellow Realtors, lenders, and other industry professionals. One of the things I love about real estate is building relationships, sharing ideas, and exploring beautiful homes along the way!

What a wonderful closing day! 🏡❤️
Congratulations to my buyer, and welcome to North Carolina! It was an honor to help you through this exciting new chapter.
I’d also like to thank the sellers for helping make this such a smooth transition. This transaction is a great example of what buying and selling a home should be people working together with respect, kindness, and a common goal of getting to the closing table.
To top it all off, after closing the sellers invited us to lunch at their restaurant, @rozgrillnc l Such a thoughtful gesture! If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by and check them out.
Moments like these remind me that real estate is about more than buying and selling homes, it’s about building relationships and creating positive experiences along the way.

I’m incredibly honored to be recognized within NorthGroup Real Estate as #1 in Units Sold and #4 in Sales Volume for June, among more than 2,000 agents across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

While I’m grateful for the recognition, the compliment that means the most came from a client who told me they chose to work with me because they trusted me and the way I do business.
That means more to me than any ranking.

At NorthGroup Real Estate, I’m proud to be part of a company that values professionalism, integrity, and putting clients first. My goal has always been to provide honest advice, protect my clients’ interests, and make every transaction as smooth as possible.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with your referrals, your business, and one of the biggest decisions of your life. I never take that responsibility for granted.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling or know someone who is I would truly appreciate the opportunity to earn their trust as well.
