I’ve moved to Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

For the next few months, I’ll be based in Hiriketiya teaching Pilates. It was definitely an unexpected move, but sometimes we just need to embrace the change and see how it goes.

Super excited for this new chapter. I can’t wait to learn more, meet new people, get better at teaching and class planning. If you’re around, come to class 🩵

The last Pilates class in Coral Bay😭🩵

It seems like yesterday when I first started these classes, just to improve myself and try to create a small community. Almost one year later, and this has come to an end ☀️🌊

I couldn’t have thought of a better way to end this, with a class for locals only 🩵 Thanks everyone for all the support, and thanks to Coral Bay as well 🌅✨

POV: You’re living the life you used to dream about 🥹

Sometimes you accomplish something and get so used to it that you forget you actually accomplished something you once only dreamed about.. ☁️
I never give myself enough credit for the things I do. But if I stop and think about the Pilates community I have created here in the middle of nowhere, in a remote area of Australia, all by myself… it’s crazy, right? ☀️🌊

I’m so happy about every class I taught, all the friends I made, all the sunsets I saw, and all the people I met, even if it was only once🌅

Grateful, grateful, and grateful again. ✨🧡

When you think something is impossible🤞🏻

School holidays are such a perfect way to meet more people and have a bigger group coming to class. 🧡

Also, the sunsets never disappoint 🌅

Believe in yourself always ✨

If you are in Coral Bay come and move with me 🩵 what a blessing to be able to do Pilates under the sun and in front of the ocean ✨

One of the best parts of every class ✨

Just at the end of my classes, before stretching, we take a few minutes to lie down, slow down and breathe, while we set a good intention for the rest of our day.

And doing this while listening to the sound of the ocean, then opening your eyes to the colours of the sunset... there’s something truly special about it. 🌅🌊

6 months of Pilates in Coral Bay!🩵

Can’t believe that SIX months have already passed! None of this would have been possible without you guys. So glad to be part of this little community 🫶🏻☀️🌊

Thanks for all the support. I didn’t believe this was possible, from teaching my first class in Coral Bay with just one person, to now seeing familiar and new faces every week. It means a lot to me🥰

Can’t wait to see what’s next ❤️‍🔥
