Miami, don’t miss “Metamorphosis” 🦋

I’m so excited to be presenting this new contemporary work with @syncopatecollective at the @the_moss_center , August 14–16.

This piece has been brought to life by an extraordinary group of dancers, and I’m deeply proud of what we’ve created together. It’s raw, physical, and full of transformation—exactly what live performance is meant to be.

Come experience it with us and support contemporary dance in Miami. I’d love to see you there.

Every new work begins with a question. Metamorphosis began with an exploration of transformation—how we adapt, unravel, rebuild, and become.

Creating this piece has been an incredibly meaningful journey, and watching these remarkable artists bring it to life has been one of the greatest rewards.

I can’t wait to share Metamorphosis with you as part of Syncopate Collective at the Dennis Moss Cultural Arts Center, August 14–16. Link in bio. 🫶🏾

If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign. Invite a friend, support contemporary dance in Miami, and experience this work with us. I hope to see you there. 🤍

“Metamorphosis emerged during a period when both the collective and I were experiencing significant transformation. The work reflects my hope for Syncopate to be a place where artists feel free to trust their intuition, have confidence in their creative voices, and embrace change with grace. In many ways, the piece is about transformation not only as an individual experience, but as something that can happen within a community of artists growing together.” 🦋

Pilates Mat Exercise-Roll Over 💪🏽

Strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s slow, controlled, and one vertebra at a time. ✨

The Pilates roll over is all about core control, mobility, and precision—not momentum.
