5 minutes for me 🧡

Last week was so busy with work and travel that I didn’t have much time for me! It’s so easy to let it slip when life gets full. But each morning before my day started I tried to find 5 minutes for me: light movement, a few deep breaths, a few minutes of meditation. It didn’t happen everyday (that’s okay!!!) but it did make a difference!!

This is your reminder to start small. Keep showing up!! 🫶

Happy Birthday Dana!! Thank you for making Strength & Conditioning so fun, even when it’s so SO hard!

If you want to come celebrate Dana, join her TOMORROW at 8pm at This Flow Never Happened: Flow with the seasons. This class is set to an excerpt from Lane 8’s Spring 2026 Mixtape! Expect a grounding warm-up and vinyasa flow designed to get energy moving through the body, releasing what’s been dormant and igniting what’s ready to rise. You’ll leave sweaty, energized, and ready to go out for the night! taken in Kala Yoga by @movewithfez

Not Paris, but more fun things I did in #marrakech !!!! Made argan oil, more shopping, rooftops, and lots of yummy local tea and food!!! And if there’s one thing about me, it’s that I will always find a physical map!!! 🗺️
