a little introduction & a whole lot of lore LOL 💌

if you told younger me that one day i’d be training to become a Lagree instructor AND willingly running half marathons, she would’ve laughed in your face 💀

my relationship with movement hasn’t always been the healthiest or easiest, but somewhere along the way, it became one of the greatest joys in my life.

i’ve learned that you don’t have to be naturally good at something to fall in love with it. sometimes the best things in life come from being willing to be a beginner, showing up anyway & letting yourself grow.

so here’s to trying new things, finding joy in movement & never being too afraid to start again !! 🥹

thank you for being here, supporting me & to my friends - for spending almost everyday in my practice classes. i’m so excited to keep learning, growing & hopefully helping others discover the same joy in movement that i found! 💗 by @movewithgabri
