Hi everyone🧚🏻🦋✨

I am happy to announce that I am newly certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates! I am so excited to begin my teaching journey

I recently completed both my Mat and Reformer Teacher Training through @onehotyoga in Sydney, Australia. Through this training I have developed the knowledge and confidence to guide you through a safe, fun, and effective Pilates class! I could not have done it without my amazing teacher @tahls.pilates and all of the amazing women in my course. While the overall focus is on strength, mobility, balance, and mindful movement, my main focus is on you being in the present moment while moving with me🩷

With a competitive dance and cheerleading background, movement has always been an important part of my life. I have been practicing Pilates for the past 7 years and continue to grow my love and interest for it everyday! I am passionate about helping others build strength, improve mobility, and overall feel their best!

I will be returning from Australia this summer and will be offering outdoor Pilates classes beginning in July☀️ Stay tuned for more details on the class schedules, locations, pricing, registration, and more coming soon!

Thank you for being here and supporting this new chapter of my life with me, I can’t wait to move with you:)
