STOP ALL THESE THINGS.. 🗣️

LIMITING BELIEFS 💭
take them & throw them in the bin, we don’t have time for that

BEING A JUDGEY* JUDY 🙅🏽‍♀️
again judgements can also go in the bin! my fave motto is live & let live. unless someone wrongs you, then go hard

COMPARING LIFE STAGES ✈️
no no no, we are all on different journeys! it doesn’t matter if your 20 or 80, comparison is the thief of joy. do you BOO!

COMPARING YOUR BODY 🥲
ok if you find someone who’s same height, same build, same weight, same skeletal mass, same dimensions lol maybe then you can. But just don’t, more for your own mental wellbeing stay in your own lane & only be in competition with YOURSELF

FAST FIXES / CRAZY DIETS / RESTRICTIVE EATING 🥗
um food is life & joy & if you have access and the privilege to enjoy yummy foods then do so. it’s all about balance! im an 80/20 girl who’s impartial to a martini & a long lunch with my gals, no one is gonna stop me

NOT LISTENING TO YOUR BODY 🧘🏽‍♀️
rest rest rest move move move sleep sleep sleep
eat eat eat // repeat

TAKING YOUR HEALTH FOR GRANTED 🫂
cliche but we have one life, all of us are heading to the same destination. be kind, be gentle, give yourself grace but most of all take care of the gorggg body you have! love it, cherish it & never take good health for granted x by @movewithkristyna

we don’t need to be perfect, we just gotta get up & do the the damn thing ..

LOUDER FOR THE BACK 🗣️

Can we please normalise strong over aesthetics?

As a former self conscious girly who would only wear leggings / cover my legs because I was so insecure about my cellulite, I say f*ck that noise LET IT JIGGLE 🍑

In a world where everything is so filtered & perfected, do you, be you & be proud of yourself for being the strong baddie you are ✨ by @movewithkristyna
