The finish line is in sight. 🤍 Grateful for the girls who carried me through this journey. Half marathon weekend, let’s do this. If you’d like to support the cause I’m running for 🦮🦮, my donation link is in my bio 🫶🏻

A simple Sunday reset 🤍

Slow morning start, long run, meal prep, laundry, a cozy dinner and ending the night with clean sheets, my book & getting in bed by 9pm

Not because any of it was simple, but because it’s the little things that make life feel a little easier. Taking care of tomorrow starts with taking care of today 🌚

…and yes, all of my protein comes from plants. 🌱

👇 Are you team gym, team running… or maybe inspired to building a little bit of both now? 🍑🏃‍♀️

Fueling my training has never tasted so good 💪🌱

As someone training for a half marathon while lifting regularly, getting enough protein is a non-negotiable. Being vegan, I love finding products that make hitting my goals simple while staying friendly to the gut. VIVO has become a staple in my routine for just that

If you’ve been wanting to try it, I’ve got a discount code waiting for you in my bio 🤎✨

Fall in love with fitness, not just the results.

Build a lifestyle that feels good enough to come back to it every day.

✨ If you’re ready to make wellness a lifestyle instead of another phase, I’d love to help.
