We’re popping up somewhere new 🌸

We’re heading to Quezon City with FolkStudio for a morning of movement, breath, and community as they bloom into a new space.

Join us for Vinyasa Yoga at 8:30AM, followed by Mat Pilates at 10:00AM — two ways to move, connect, and ease into the day. Stay awhile after for refreshments and time to gather with the community.

PICO DIARIES ✨ EP. 01 of 02

got my first Pico Bright Laser session last Saturday at @aestheticscienceclinic 🧡 come with me through the process + what happened after!

the downtime was surprisingly quick — so quick that I still went on to teach 3 classes at @ginhawayogastudio 🥹

2 sessions, 2–3 weeks apart. let’s see how the skin journey goes 😉

2 months of prep! i loved every bit of it! the fun, the hard, all the successful/failed attempts, bruises, strains, getting in the flow, figuring things out together, etc!

we may have different stories outside the studio but when we’re inside, we’re just pure energies who want to dance our hearts out and express who we really are 🥹 let’s put on a great show baddies!! 👅 by @movewithraya

been about two months since we joined ClassPass at @folkstudioph 🤎

i’ve loved meeting so many new faces (and bodies) to empower through the STOTT Pilates principles and movement 💪🧠.

your kind feedback honestly makes my day 🥹 it reminds me exactly why I chose this path. I still have so much to learn and grow into as a teacher, but I’m so grateful to have come this far….. and even more grateful to share this journey with all of you.

Celebrated #InternationalYogaDay at my yoga haven @ginhawayogastudio with my yoga bestie @_namastenick 💕

Minutes before class started, it rained for a bit. We prayed we’d still be able to do yoga on the rooftop (with a lot of help from the community, who quickly grabbed vacuums, mops, and brooms to clear the water ASAP), and the universe let us finish our flow before it poured even harder 🙏🏼🥹 to me, that’s magic!

Thank you @mashas11 for holding space for us, Ms @shindygarrow18 and Teacher @minissshhhh for assisting us 🥹
