Final stop, ¡CATALUNYA!

For the last Regional Series lunch of the year, we’re heading to Catalunya. Tucked between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, it’s a place where the food moves between mountain and sea, with centuries of trade and influences from France and Italy along the way.

Frank has put together a menu celebrating the food of the region, including a favourite from Barcelona’s La Boqueria, while Tom from Alimentaria has chosen Catalan vinos to match. Come hungry.
