And that’s a wrap on the top secret Italian job! 🇮🇹🎬

Eight weeks shooting in Rome, followed by a final week just outside Bristol — and genuinely one of my favourite jobs I’ve ever done. We’ve shot some fantastic stuff, had a lot of laughs and I’ve made some brilliant new friends along the way.

I still can’t say too much about it just yet, but hopefully I’ll be able to share more very soon. For now, a huge thank you to our wonderful cast and crew who gave so much to this every single day. It’s been an amazing shoot and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve made together.

Absolutely exhausted. Very happy. And now… home. ❤️🎬 by @moviegoblin

Really enjoyable night watching the Casualty 40th Anniversary episodes with an audience. Hearing all those reactions was fantastic… although also slightly stressful! 😬

Wonderful to catch up with so many of the brilliant cast and creative team too.

I’m incredibly proud of these episodes and everything everyone put into them. Don’t miss them this Saturday night on BBC One from 8pm. ❤️🚑 taken in Charlotte Street Hotel by @moviegoblin

End of Week 8 — and that’s a wrap on the Rome part of the shoot! 🇮🇹🎬

Off to the wrap party tonight, where I’ll mostly be skulking awkwardly around the edges of the room, wondering what to say to people. As is tradition.

Most of our amazing Italian crew will be joining us for the UK leg in a week or so, but tonight also means saying goodbye to some crew members — and friends — I’ve been lucky enough to meet over the past couple of months. I’ll be very sad to say goodbye to them.

It’s been a ridiculously hectic week, but a really enjoyable one, and a great way to finish our time here.

Now, a week at home before we regroup and bring the whole circus back to the UK. 🇬🇧

But first… the terrifying ordeal of socialising. 🍻 taken in Rome, Italy by @moviegoblin
