Good old Anchor Bay ! Still going strong, and looking better than through the 4k player . Lots of love for the 25th anniversary edition. Prefer 4 and 5 😅 so I'll pop them on later . #halloween #anchorbay #anchorbayentertainment #dvd #horror by @movieman83

Just like Saturday mornings of old ...... That static as I switch on old CRT , that beautiful sound . Bit of hard action 💪🏼 with the legendary Jeff Speakman. Mums got radio on upstairs with those 90s tunes on . I'm 43 , but still very much 12 at heart haha

The Big Man Wins the Arnold 💪🏼. Andrew Jacked has that complete action packed tailored body . I met him a couple years ago , at a meet and greet. He talked about how old action movies got him into bodybuilding. He talked about wanting to break into films . Man I hope the king Arnie knows all this , because Andrew would make it huge if we go back to proper balls to wall action films . Now Andrew can go win the Olympia next 💪🏼
@schwarzenegger get this man @andrewjacked into the action movies 💪🏼 by @movieman83

Today is the U.S 35th anniversary of SILENCE OF THE LAMBS . A film I've watched countless times over , and will be doing so again this evening. Elite thriller, from that golden era of thriller films. I love it . Howard Shores Score absolutely captivates the screen . by @movieman83

The Housemaid 2025 .
Amanda Seyfried saves the film for me . I'm not aware of the book , but man do I wish it was written earlier. Because this film resembles my favourite era of thrillers of the late 80s / early 90s . And I possibly enjoyed it more than most for that reason alone .
That being said , it suffers with a soundtrack. This film needed an orchestral score . The director's emphasis on the erotic scenes , the transition into them from the previous scene, was not good . Nor was the awful soundtrack. Amanda Seyfried was definitely the strongest cast . Well worth a watch if you enjoy that era I mentioned above by @movieman83

Osgood Perkins, KEEPER .
He just delivers every time for me . Those lingering shots , classic use fade dissolves shots . At perfect moments. Creepy shots , that shouldn't be ...but are.
Another great film for me . Really liking everything from him by @movieman83
