Everybody has an opinion, but the better question is: Which one makes the most sense for YOU?

New construction can mean newer systems, builder warranties, energy efficient features, and sometimes some pretty attractive incentives.

But resale homes have advantages too, especially when it comes to established neighborhoods, mature landscaping, location, and potentially a quicker move-in timeline.

And here's the part I really want buyers to understand:

Don't compare the price tags alone.

Look at the full picture. Monthly payment. Insurance. HOA fees. Maintenance. Incentives. Closing costs. And how long you actually plan to stay in the home.

Sometimes the home that looks more expensive on paper can make more sense once we run the numbers.

So before you automatically rule out new construction or resale, let's compare both.
