We know many of you have been waiting for an update 😉When Max went back to his trainers in at the end of April, we weren't sure if he'd be coming back to us or not. Max had some things to work through, and we weren't sure how well or if he'd be able to work through them...Lots of little boy prayers and some thoughtful praying on our part and Max came home this week to protect his boy again 🥹🫶🏼🐶🐾🐕‍🦺💙 It's been a LONG 4+ months and while he still has some things we are going to continue to work on and pray they improve with time and consistency, we are so grateful he is back with us where he belongs. He is part of our family! 💙The best part? The boys had no idea that my Zyia trip this past week served a dual purpose 🫣😅🤭 They didn't know Max would be coming home with me and they were DEFINITELY surprised!!! 😂We are so thankful for the Bowens and all the hard work they put in with him and their continued openness with us over the last almost 3 years now since we started this journey. My reasons for repping @zyiaactive have shifted over these past 3+ years for sure...Once I got over my initial objections (I don't have the time, I'm not salesy enough, I don't want to do social selling, etc.) and finally said YES because I tried a pair of hot pink LNT leggings (thanks @k4togr4pher 😘), I was hooked immediately! 😍 Yes - Light n Tights are nothing short of magical! 🪄✨💁🏼‍♀️I finally ended up saying yes because I wanted to get myself some discounted active wear since I had recently started my health and fitness journey post kiddos. Nothing fit anymore and these clothes were a way to reward myself at each milestone achieved. 😎 I figured - worst case - I'd end up with some cute, comfy new workout outfits! 😆 Ohhhhhh how much more I've been blessed through this company than just getting some cute outfits!!! 🥹🫶🏼🩷🌙Pretty quickly, I realized this company was different. These clothes made me feel amazing and I had so many people complimenting me on them and asking where I'd gotten them. I realized it truly was just wearing and sharing something I already loved. 🌙Then it became a way to earn some extra money each month when inflation crept in - towards paying off debt, helping with groceries, being able to travel with my family and friends, paying for private school tuition for our kiddos, etc. And then I attended my first in-person event last year and EVERYTHING changed. I found my community! 🥹🫶🏼🩷. Had the most wonderful date night last night with this handsome guy to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary. 16 years of putting up with each other and still make each other laugh constantly. Obviously not EVERYTHING is "going our way" or is "just as we planned", but with God at the center of our marriage, we can get through the hard times together.
