I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ. His word gives meaning to my life. I had the nudge to share some of the current meditations of my heart🌸🤍 by @moyosoree_

Some of my recent and not-so-recent reads 😴📚

I thoroughly enjoyed reading some of these books, but others... not so much. Let me know your thoughts if you've read any of them!

Definitely not making this a thing lol—I just wanted to make a post. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Just sharing something I worked on recently👀.

I did an HPV awareness campaign with undergraduate students, and one thing that stood out is how many people have heard of HPV… but don’t really understand it.

Most students knew the name, but there were still gaps around who it affects, concerns about the vaccine, and where to get it.

For example, about 90% had heard of HPV, but only 71% said they would take the vaccine after getting more information.
That really stuck with me because it shows awareness is not the same thing as understanding.

And in health, understanding plays a key role in shaping behaviour.

HPV vaccination remains one of the key ways to prevent HPV-related diseases. Ensure you get vaccinated 🫵🏾.

Ok, bye now🏃‍♀️

"How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I could count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You." (Psalm 139:17-18)

Thank you Jesus for 2025🤍
