🌱🐔WHAT REALLY MAKES A FARM THRIVE? IT’S MORE THAN JUST WHAT YOU SEE.

Behind every successful farm is a structure—people, processes, planning and purpose working together.

In this episode of Salone Na Wi Yone, Mozanka Farm CEO, Madam Aisha Kamara, takes us behind the scenes to explore the structures and processes that drive the farm every day. 🌾🇸🇱

This is Mozanka Farm—where structure turns vision into impact.

“Your birds don’t care if you run out of budget. They just want to be fed.” 🐔💰

Thinking of sending money home to start a poultry farm? Watch this before you make a costly mistake. 👀

Budget for more than just the birds — housing, feed, equipment, vaccination, transportation and unexpected costs all matter.

Plan beyond the chickens. 🐔📊

WHAT YOU SEE VS. WHAT THE FARMER SEES 🐔👀

You see chickens. A farmer sees profit, loss, risks, opportunities and everything in between.

Every bird means feed, health, growth, labour, management and daily decisions. What looks simple from the outside is a whole business working behind the scenes.

See the farm through a farmer’s eyes.

🐔 Protect your flock, one step at a time!

If you don’t step on the footbath, disease can enter your farm through your footwear. Don’t take the risk.

🦶 Step on the footbath. Protect your chickens. Practice biosecurity.
