Today I release my debut solo EP 'There & Back'. It marks a full circle back to the early 90s when my journey in music began. I've tried to put together 3 songs that evoke those feelings I had at the time I first heard rave, hardcore and then listened in as Jungle was born.

li.sten.to/thereandbackep <----- LINKS HERE

'Rushing' a crossover hardcore/early jungle tune that would have been at home in early 93, 'Heaven' an "intelligent" smokers tune and 'This One' a full out amen tearout Jungle tune!

I hope it takes people back to those feelings during such an exciting time of creativity.

Thank you to all the OJs who paved the way, RIP Randall, Lennie De Ice and all the others that have passed on 🙏❤️

To now be creating the music that I fell in love with is such a blessing, I hope that it can become part of someone else's journey.

Man... This is super sad.. RIP Peter Cullen 💔

As with most late 70s, early 80s kids I was a huge Transformers fan. Peter Cullen's voice was so embedded in me that when the new films started coming out and I was sat in the cinema, when Prime's voice rumbled through the room I instantly felt a feeling I hadn't felt since I was 5..

Hard to explain but whenever I hear Prime I'm that kid again, before the stresses of adult life when the Autobots and Deceptions battled it out on TV with incredible animation that I took for granted back then obvs.

As well as Prime he also did the alien sounds of the Predator (mental!) and Eeyore in Winnie The Pooh among other video games and animated works.

Thank you for the amazing art, clearly you touched something special in that little boy who loved watching Prime and his friends battle the evil Megatron and his cronies every week.

That is sad news.. RIP Tim Curry

Incredible character actor! The only Pennywise for me, absolutely terrifying when I was growing up, one of my favourite horrors of all time.

It's sad that he had to suffer at the end of his life but I'm glad that he may finally be at peace.

Thank you for the amazing art 🙏❤️ by @mpclok

5 years since my track 'No Question' with Upfront MC from Split Prophets was released on Split Prophets Records.

All links below!

Real pleased with this one, Upfront is so dope and even before he handed me his album at Boom Bap Fest, I had been a fan of @split_prophets . Since way back when @disorda said to me he had a crew from Bristol coming to play at SPLive one night! Shout to all the Bristol gang, big love and support ALWAYS! Keep smashing it!
.
Thanks to @whoiscurtcataract for the mastering job, salutes! Salutes to Bad Habitz for sorting out the distro 👊
.
And of course Upfront for SMASHING my beat into submission! Killed it 🔥

I'm sad to have to say this again, as I can see them ramping it up, but PLEASE don't fall for the politrix!

People that are scared and angry are easier to manipulate so don't let them get you.

We are better together as one, please look past the dirty tactics to see what is really happening 👁️

Boi... *deep breath*

Happy Birthday little man..

More than once in recent times I didn't think I was gonna make it to today.. I've lost so much and so much has changed in such a short space of time, yet as almost a twisted testament to the human spirit here I am..

I live with so much uncertainty that my brain just isn't built to understand which makes just existing very difficult but one thing I learnt about me is that I can become really tenacious when I'm scared and my back is against the wall. For that I'm grateful..

Thanks for thinking of me, thanks for still supporting me and for caring about me, it means more than you could know.

Thanks to those that have held my corner in professional rooms and those who have held me up with their love in my personal life. I don't know what's ahead but I'm trying..
