The Vatican is something everyone religious or not should visit. We had no idea what was in store for us. We laughed, jaws were dropped, and there was even some ugly crying (Jacqueline). It helped having @iman_traveler as our tour guide. He is the best tour guide for any tour on the planet. Rome is one of the most amazing places. When we got to our hotel it was walking distance to the Vatican. We went eat our first night at Osteria Dei Pontefici where despite the language barrier, we managed to eat and drink some of the best food of my life. The owner was stupid nice and gave us a bottle of lemoncello after our meal. The Coliseum and the walk to Trevi was amazing. Ima hold off on the Vatican pics cause that is an experience on a different level. #family #rome #food #oldstuff by @mpcollins1428

So we were lucky enough to be able to take a trip to Italy with my parents, sisters, and all our families. There is so much to post so will start with just some family selfies first. I have been talking with John for a few years trying to get our bands to play together. I live a few houses from his parents and used to hear them practice in the evenings. Life happens and we couldn’t ever make it happen….UNTIL NOW!!! This is gonna be peela to da max. Can’t wait. Come drink some beer with us May 16th downtown Thibodaux. This past weekend was awesome to da max. Played @firemensfair (for the first time) Thursday and Friday, got to see @bluestraveler (for the first time), and got back in da studio with @joshgarrett0 to record some new songs.
