Big step this week.
We’re reopening next Monday.

This weekend we’re putting the final touches on the studio, and the new system is already incredibly impressive. The setup with @proteeunited makes the Golf Lab Studio a powerful tool for coaches, and the integration with GSPro creates an amazing experience for our members.

Exciting things are coming in the next few months…
And many more insights around Motor Preferences and golf performance. @motorpreferencesexperts

Stay tuned.

Do we really need to draw lines to understand movement?
Or can we start seeing how the best players naturally organize in the frontal plane — through their own motor patterns?
The answer isn’t in the lines. It’s in the motion. What we call Natural Motor Preferences. Follow us for more.

All swings are beautiful — when they match your natural motor patterns.

Efficiency and effortless power come when you move your way. 😉

Yes — life is full of key moments and decisions that can take you in completely different directions. 🌎

For me, learning and investing in Motor Preferences was the most impactful decision I made after moving to the USA. It opened my eyes, transformed my career, and helped me realize that our differences are actually our greatest strengths. 💡

Does your posture really match your natural movement? 🤔
Golf is a game of matchups — but the most important ones are your own.
Your Motor Preferences define how your body naturally wants to move. When your posture and setup align with them, your swing feels effortless, free, and efficient. 🧠🏌️‍♂️

Start moving the way you’re built to move.
