🌈 “Colorized World (Acoustic)” is OUT NOW! 🌈

I wrote “Colorized World” in my mid-20s, around the time I came out to my family and friends as bisexual, and had fallen in love with a woman in my band who became my first girlfriend. The song captures a kind of youthful ingenuousness from that time, when I was young, wide-eyed and still finding my way. Revisiting it acoustically all these years later has been especially poignant, and feels like an honest way to honor those early NYC days and the person who originally inspired the song. 💕

I’m so grateful to the wonderful musicians who brought this new version to life:

✨ Rachael Sage - production, lead & background vocals, djembe & shaker, piano
✨ @andymacmusic - acoustic guitar
✨ @kingdomofkell - violin
✨ @asideofcello - cello
✨ @kerrymfbrooks - upright bass
✨ @robcurto - accordion
✨@mikfizzle - engineering, co-production, mastering

Listen to “Colorized World (Acoustic)” everywhere now! 🎶 mpress.lnk.to/ColorizedWorldAcoustic

And I can’t wait to share the full acoustic album, Under My Canopy, with you all NEXT WEEK! mpress.lnk.to/UnderMyCanopy by @mpressrecords
