@nycmarathon training is getting REAL!! It’s not the finish line that changes you- it’s who you become along the way! My long run last week sucked so I came back on a mission today! 16 mile journey that I was challenged to record each mile today and you know me, I love a challenge!! Mind over miles, turning doubt into determination, nerves into energy, and thankful for all who have donated to my fundraising campaign!! @ccminus227 the last mile was for you! Im sooo close to my fundraising goal- $800 to go!! Link below and I’ll be dedicating miles to you!! 💥💥💥

Sister weekend in Nashville to see the @foofighters! Cierra and I love them and we’ve both seen them several times but never together- until now! From Friday night live music and bars on Broadway to the 100 degree temps of the Saturday night show at #nissanstadium, it was all worth the heat and sweat!! @ccminus227 SO FUN!! 🎸❤️ by @mpursche

🥁I’m PUMPED to share that Im running the ICONIC NYC MARATHON- 26.2 miles on November 1!! 3 months away!! This is my favorite day in NYC and I’m thrilled to represent @teamforkids this year. I’ve been training and now I need your help please. ❤️

Together, I want to raise over $5000. Your donations will support NYC kids and their access to fitness programs, coaches, and equipment to exercise.

I’m returning to the Marathon 8 years after running it for the first time. I come with a deeper appreciation for what running has given me over the past decade: better health, a clearer mind, resilience, and the confidence to keep moving forward when things get tough.

Through Team for Kids, every donation helps give kids across NYC the opportunity to discover the same confidence, strength, and joy that running has given me. ✅🏃🏻‍♀️

Let’s do this together for @teamforkids!! Thank you! 😊

Story and link below to donate. Any donation of any dollar- big or small is appreciated!!

Avalanche Lake hike at #glaciernationalpark was STUNNING and a favorite memory of the entire trip! 🤍 5 miles of clapping and singing 🎵 to avoid sneak bear 🐻 attacks and well worth it when the trail opened to this incredible view! by @mpursche
