Happy weekend, lovelies.

Who likes cake and what's your favourite? Mine is lemon tart.

We visited The Historic Tea Rooms in The Block Arcade in the city in May for Ben's birthday. Usually you have to queue because it's booked out, but we struck it lucky and were led to a table.

The servings were huge and the pot of Earl Grey tea was nice to wash it down with.

What's on for you this weekend? We're off to the South Melbourne Market for a look around. Apart from that we have nothing else planned. It's Saturday afternoon here and l'm off to work soon. Have a good weekend.

Hi Lovelies.

Happy Wednesday. I hope you're having a good week so far.

Are you ready for Halloween? We're not, but a house not far from us is.

Hi Lovelies.

In January we took our two dogs, Oscar and Molly for their annual checkup and found out that Oscar has an enlarged heart and was given 3 years to live.

In May, Molly lost 3 kgs overnight and we knew something was wrong with her. She was diagnosed with diabetes and given 3 years to live.

We love our fur babies and were devastated when we found out about Oscar's prognosis and the same with Molly.

Oscar turned 11 in June and is doing well and today it's Molly's 11th birthday. We pray that the vet has got it wrong and that they live many more happy years with us.

The sensor on Molly is tied to an app on my phone and stressed me out everytime it beeped to tell me her sugar levels were too high or too low. It took two sensors to regulate her insulin.

Now she's going well. Oscar is much better on his heart medication though he coughs alot upon waking in the mornings.

At first, I felt it wasn't fair. They're our family and meant to last forever but no one ever does that. I've learnt to cherish them more each day we have them in our lives and to savour each moment.

Happy birthday, Molly. She's a jack russell who acts like a puppy. She loves to bark alot and tell us what she wants and when she wants it. If she could she'd live on treats and sunbake all day.

They've become alot closer to us, especially me, since they were both diagnosed. Give your fur baby/ies a pat and kiss for me if you have one.

Molly has had chicken chews and 6 Halloween squeaky toys given to her for her birthday. We gave Oscar 6 toys today as well. When too much fun is never enough. We just all squeak together.😂

Wishing you a happy new week, Lovelies.

I've had bronchitis and then l got Influenza A and a touch of pneumonia. I've been in bed for four weeks. After 7 boxes of antibiotics l'm slowly coming good. I've started using Probiotics to put some friendly flora back into my system.

While it's Fall for many of you, it's Spring in Australia. I love both seasons. We've finally had some rain so our garden is in full bloom.

What's been happening where you are?

Our wedding anniversary celebrations continued with a trip to Tessler Tulip Farm in Monbulk. The tulips weren't as tall or in abundance as in previous years due to the climate, but it didn't disappoint. They'd planted pansies, daffodils, and poppies as well as tulips, and the cherry trees were in full bloom.

Hi lovelies. I hope you're having a good weekend. We had a fabulous time flying in a helicopter from Moorabbin Airport to Albert Park along Port Phillip Bay and back to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. What have you been up to this weekend?

Happy St Patrick's Day, lovelies. What have you been up to lately? I have a cold so I haven't been doing much.

May the luck of the Irish be with you always.

Happy Friday, Lovelies.

We had a lovely break away at Chadstone Hotel, at Chadstone the Fashion Capital. We walked 17km window shopping, browsing as well as eating our way through the many restaurants and eateries.

The indoor pool and spa were a lovely way to relax at the end of the day with city views and views of the surrounding area.
