Proud of myself! Stayed consistent, made lifestyle changes, locked in 💪🏽

Had to invest in myself I've always been a prideful person and for the first time in my life I didnt like what I seen looking back at me in the mirror. I told myself I have a family that depends on me and instead of dying for your family why don't you live for them 💯 2025 was a crazy journey lost 85lbs in 14 months. I'm showing all the way off! Not for external validation, but instead to congratulate myself because I did it! I made no excuses, no personal trainer, just hardwork & sacrifice.

Son Son first ever basketball 🏀 game and first bucket .... we were skeptical at first the baseball path was preferred but it brings my heart great joy watching him partake in anything positive & productive. However, we got more work to do 🤣🤣🤣 💪🏽 by @mr.2keys_
