Today we celebrate the Matriarch of the Cruz Family,
Thank you for always being the calming energy in the story of my dad. i may feel guilty as your grandson for the times I didn’t show up. im blessed that you always showed up for me. in what seemed like a sea of chaos with my dad, your love and affection were a wave and sunlight of peace. I will always be grateful for the summers I spent with you and grandpa. To my brothers,

You both have kept me warm through the coldest winters of life, and I’d light a fire in the heart of a blizzard for you. I love you, gentlemen, and I’m beyond grateful and blessed to share this lifetime together. We each shine in our own way, but together, we make the sun smile.

Thank you for showing me that both today and tomorrow are beautiful, but today is what really counts. So, cheers to today—because yesterday is done, and tomorrow isn’t promised. by @mr.cruz___

As hard as it is for me to share this, I’m doing it because if there’s anything I can do for my Titi Janice, it’s to help raise her voice and bring her the support she deserves. After all these years, for the first time, she’s physically alone in a place where she has no control over her life. But despite everything, her hope is still shining through, and we, as a family, are doing everything we can to keep that light alive.

We are all here in New York while she’s in Georgia. It’s been difficult to properly support her the best we can. But we are doing everything we can. But so much must be done.

We are using all of our power and platforms to find all the help or guidance that could assist her in rebuilding her life. Whether it’s legal advice in custodial, , medical help, financial advice, housing resources, or any direction someone can provide, we’re open to everything that might help her get back on her feet.

For those who can’t directly offer help in these ways, we’ve created this GoFundMe as a way to help financially as she is blocked from accessing obtaining account info .

We’re beyond grateful for everyone’s calls, words of encouragement and donations -each has been a lifesaver.

If it’s donating time, advice, or resources - we know Titi Janice is so grateful of everyone. Shehas been through so much, and she deserves to feel in control of her life again. Sigh- 32 dances around the sun….As I dance out of the coldest winter of my life into the warmest, brightest spring - this new dance - will be my love letter to life—a celebration of healing, growth, and self-discovery.

The times have tested me, broken me, but ultimately …set the dance floor for a new dancer to emerge, step by step.

Dancing has always been my anchor. It’s my joy, my therapy, and my way of flowing through life. It’s when I’m most myself, moving and growing with every beat. Lately, I wondered what my legacy would be. And I’ve been so caught up on what it could be - that I almost didn’t realize.

My greatest gift is the love I’ve shared through dance. Every person I’ve danced with, every shared rhythm and beat, is a piece of me left behind. That’s the legacy I’m proud of.

To everyone I’ve ever danced with—thank you. Thank you for dancing the nights away with me during the darkest times. The love we shared in those moments gave me the strength to rebuild myself with love. Dancing with you reminded me that even in the shadows, there’s joy to be found.

If I can dance through this next six months

Day by day. If I can live through this.
What comes next, will be…Marvelous.
