Between events during New York Fashion Week, there were moments when I simply stopped and took in the city around me. Walking the streets of New York, taking in the architecture, the lights, the energy, and the people — there’s something special about experiencing this city in person. Fashion Week brought me here for the events, but the city itself became part of the experience. Every street, every skyline, every moment added another piece to the story. Standing in Bryant Park as the city prepared for the 9/11 memorial, with thousands of chairs being set into place, I took a moment to simply capture New York around me. The beauty of the city, the architecture, the movement, and the atmosphere of the evening all reminded me how much history lives within these streets.
