From happier days, here’s to happier days ahead too! I am thankful for every moment, for every moment, for hard seasons. Genuinely I have to be, I know me, I only get so sad because I wanna love life and people more than my body can allow it. Today however, I lament with tears of joy. We all struggle with stuff and situations but thank the lord we can define ourselves with these sort of moments too. Love you all! by @mr.lindoff

Beautiful picture right!? It was a beautiful place. Would you believe me if I told you I had a panic attack that night? I was so certain I was going to die in the next few days after. I was lost in my mind and physically struggling.

In retrospect, I look back at those days and just realize the torture I put myself through.

The mind is a powerful thing my loves and sometimes our narrations take us down roads we never chose.

For almost a year I suffered through terrible anxiety, some of the worst I had ever dealt with. This is not to pity me, but more to reassure others right now who are struggling.

We all struggle for mental illness at some point (or all the time for others) BUT do not give up hope. Like this photo sometimes you can look back and realize that some seasons do end. Some things you can overcome and others you learn to manage even a bit better.

2021 will not save us, but we can, if we try.

So do not be afraid to ask for professional support and know that recovery isn’t always a mountain to overcome, but sometimes a wild rollercoaster to ride out. Be honest, be sincere and hold those you love a little bit more near! ❤️❤️ by @mr.lindoff
