I expect to pass through life but once. So if there be any kindness I can show, let me do it now, and not defer it, as I shall not pass this way again

This past weekend will forever be imprinted on my heart. This was more than just an ice plunge... It was a time of growth in mind, body and spirit.
I am eternally grateful to my Creator for blessing us with the beauty of nature, the intricacies of the human body and the love shared amongst friends.
Thank you @lifeisatryp for this opportunity ❤️

I know the "Judgement Challenge" has come and gone but with the Great @nigyboyagain being in Toronto the other day and totally SHELLIN' DUNG THE PLACE I had to run it back one more time with a little creative twist. Plus the song is a true Banga so why not. 😁🙏🏾🇯🇲🇨🇦
