From Grinch to Giver 🙏🎄
As many of us wake up with so many blessings, I wanted to share a reminder to cherish life’s blessings.

In a single day, I witnessed the strength of SO many children who lack basic health, a safe home and family, or some, even a meal to call their own.

We did our best, to help create & inspire smiles from the Childrens hospice center, to foster homes, to women’s shelters, and eventually the St. Pete Pier.

EVERY stop was a poignant reminder of the preciousness of what many of us take for granted.

So. As many celebrate a Merry Christmas, I’ll leave you with the inspiration that drives me.
One idea at a time.
To change the world.
To make it a better place.

“This might be the best steak I’ve ever put in my mouth.” Recipe finally dropped.

It’s a long one but trust me, worth every second. Giggity
I eat steak almost every day and love cooking it for people. Some days it lands at a 6.5, other days it’s a full 10. I’m human, I don’t measure, time, or temp anything. But if you run this method a couple times, you’ll stop wanting to pay $50–$100 at a steakhouse ever again.

What you need 👇
• Ribeye
• Olive or Avocado Oil (or any high heat oil)
• Montreal Steak Seasoning
• MSG (yes, relax)
• Garlic Powder
• Butter
• Hot cooking surface

Last year I threw on the Grinch suit and we rolled around St. Pete with Mary Poppins and Buddy The Elf.

Kids Hospice, Women’s Shelters, Adoption Agencies, a few random stops in between.

Lost over $100K on one of my “great ideas.”
