🗣️ I had to switch my „planned Recovery Days“ this week bc of some privat appointments and my „cold“ that i still kind of have BUT I DID NOT BREAK my promise towards me
.
🗣️ To push 120 Days throw till “Special Operation & Training - LE Sniper Course” in Georgia this year November
.
🗣️ One of the best developments that I did the last 68 Days was “Self Respect” … Eat good, Workout Good, DressUp Good, Smile and Work on yourself hard!

🗣️ Let’s welcome the day today with a smile and positivity

🗣️ DAY 46/100 … TOTAL: 66/120 … LETS GO!

🗣️ I had a cold and was losing the keep up with posting! BUT. I never quit workout 6 times a week with all my daily supplements routines etc
.
🗣️ We jump from 192lbs down to 174.7lbs in 66 Days in total! And with today we also passed the threshold of 50%
.
🗣️ Coming up posts are going to be about THIS 50% … how easy or hard it had been and the throwbacks I had to fight over and over again
.
🗣️ I am now on my “performance” body weight, where I feel great the most of the time
.
🗣️ HAPPY WEEKEND - AND LETS GET BACK ON TRACK

🗣️ I had to take 2 Days on Weekend off, because of the sore muscles that I had from Friday

🗣️ That even make me more energetic and focus for the Workout today!

🗣️ In couple of Days we will reach 2/3 of the 120 Days Countdown and with that we will post couple of summaries of the last 60 Days and the Transformation that we had “Mental and Physical”

🗣️ HAPPY FRIDAY
.
🗣️ After 53 Days I reach to to go from 198 lbs down to 178 lbs … Been able to go from 2 Pull Up up to 10 Pull Ups, Bench Press from 85 lbs 6x up to 185 lbs 3x etc.
.
🗣️ I can wear 100% of my old clothes I was able to fit in back those days, I corrected my posture and my attitude …
.
🗣️ Roughly 2 Month is enough to build up your “new” Me … You just need to have the goal, the “unhappiness” with your current you and discipline to push through
.
🗣️ Try it out … become a better everyday
