For the opening of the Lion’s Gate, proud to share one of my new projects.

My name is Ariel — אריאל, the Lion of God.

For years I’ve been writing scrolls in Hebrew, translating them into English, then back into Hebrew again — panning for gold until I reach Magneta: less talk, more resonance.

Among them is The Lion of the Heavens — a scroll close to my name, and to the old image of the lion as guardian, strength, and voice between earth and heaven.

Then @vincentvonvogel takes the words and, using inherited calligraphy skills, brings them onto calf vellum by hand.

The original scrolls are presented for sale through galleries, beginning at $Xxxxx(text in private).

And here is the part I love:

Once a scroll is sold, its text becomes common use.

One collector keeps the original.
The words are released into the world.
The Lion guards its purity.

And so it goes… 🦁📜 by @mr.sunnset
