We feel so lucky that life brought you into ours. Even though we live on opposite sides of the world, every time we met, you’re always there to help turn ordinary moments into special memories.

You’re kind, caring, incredibly funny, and somehow manage to fill every room with happiness and laughter. Spending time with you always makes our trips more memorable and usually gives us enough stories and laughs to last until our next visit! 😂

28 years ago today, I made the greatest decision of my life. I chose you.

Looking back now, I don’t think either of us truly understood what those vows would ask of us. We thought we were promising forever—but forever isn’t built in a single day. It’s built through thousands of ordinary moments, countless sacrifices, sleepless nights, hard conversations, tears, laughter, victories, disappointments, forgiveness, and an unwavering commitment to never stop choosing each other.

Life hasn’t always been easy. We’ve been tested in ways we never expected. We’ve carried burdens that could have broken us, faced storms we never saw coming, and walked through seasons where the road seemed impossible. But every challenge only proved one thing… together, we are stronger than anything life can put in front of us.

You have been my greatest blessing, my safest place, my biggest supporter, and the person who has made every chapter of my life worth living. When life became heavy, you carried me. When I doubted myself, you believed in me. When I had every reason to give up, you reminded me why we started this journey together.

The greatest gift we’ve created isn’t just the life we’ve built, it’s our son, who is a reflection of the love, values, and commitment we’ve shared for nearly three decades. Seeing our family reminds me every day that love isn’t measured by grand gestures, but by showing up for each other, over and over again.

If someone had shown me a picture of our future 28 years ago, with all the joy, the heartache, the lessons, the memories, and the love, I wouldn’t change a single page. Every step led me here… and here, beside you, is exactly where I’m meant to be.

Thank you for loving me at my best, standing beside me at my worst, and never letting go of my hand through it all.

If I were given a thousand lifetimes, I would spend every one of them searching for you… and I would still choose you every single time.
