Every man needs four things pulling him forward.

God, because without something bigger than you, the wins feel empty and the losses feel fatal.

Gym, because discipline you build under the bar shows up everywhere else. How you train is how you work.

Goals, because a man without a target just drifts. Direction beats motivation every time.

Growth, because the second you stop getting better you start getting passed. Nobody stays the same.

Get these four right and everything else starts falling into place. by @mr_fieldstad

Stop looking for a sign to quit. Sometimes the message is simple: try harder.

Growth is uncomfortable.
That’s the cost of it.

We asked the kids who’s more likely to... and they did not hold back 😂

If I had to start all over again, from absolute scratch, the one thing I would tell myself is to DREAM BIG.

That’s what my friend @mr_fieldstad said on the live together, and I couldn’t agree more. 🔥

If you’re in a season where you feel stuck, lack clarity, or aren’t sure what the next step looks like. Don’t limit your vision based on where you are today. What you believe is possible for yourself has a huge impact on what you ultimately create.

Because the growth of your business will always be tied to the growth of YOU. When you become a better leader, develop the mindset of a CEO, and grow into the person capable of carrying a bigger vision, you create the capacity to build a bigger business.

Awesome conversation with my friend today!

And if you’re an entrepreneur looking to scale, not just your business but yourself as well, I’d love to see if my coaching is the right fit.

I’ve spent years helping entrepreneurs get clear on their vision, identify the gaps between where they are and where they want to be, build the mindset and habits required to close those gaps, and create a clear, actionable path forward.

It’s about becoming the 10.0 version of yourself, the leader who can execute at a higher level, make bigger decisions, and build something bigger than what you once thought possible.

If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start moving with clarity, DM me the word BREAKTHROUGH and let’s get to work. 🚀 by @mr_fieldstad

Discipline is choosing what you want most over what you want now.

Your environment shapes who you become, but it doesn’t have to determine who you become.

Some people grow up without a lot of money, without people around them who encourage them to dream bigger, or without an environment that shows them what’s possible.

And yes, that can shape your perspective. It can keep you comfortable, limit what you believe is possible, and sometimes make you feel stuck.

But it doesn’t mean you’re stuck there forever.

At some point, you have to decide that your upbringing isn’t your ceiling. You get to choose your environment, the people you surround yourself with, the standards you set, and the dreams you’re willing to chase.

You might not have been given the environment to dream it, but you can create the environment to achieve it. 🚀

Happy Halloween 🎃 by @mr_fieldstad

The flashy life gets the attention. The boring one builds the business.

Early nights, long books, fewer people in your ear. That’s where the clarity comes from.

Save this for the next time the noise gets loud.

Your circle sets your ceiling.

The fastest way I’ve ever grown is to put myself in rooms where I’m not the smartest person there. When you get around people playing at a higher level, their standards become your standards. Their questions sharpen your thinking, and their wins show you what’s possible.

Who are you rubbing shoulders with this year? 👇 by @mr_fieldstad

This is the life we prayed for. Thankful doesn’t even cover it.
