Legs are thrashed, but the heart is full. I just got back from Costa Rica with @puravida.cycling after five intense days—36,000 feet of climbing packed into just 260 miles. Each day brought relentless 15–20% gradients that tested us mentally and physically, over and over again.

But every kick in the face climb was worth it, thanks to the incredible views and the amazing local El Bunker crew.

With the help of so many of you, we were able to bring down over 500 pounds of equipment—everything from groupsets and shoes to helmets and around roughly 200 kits. These donations go a long way in Costa Rica, where access to quality gear and components is limited and often expensive.

The local riders are some of the strongest, most positive people I’ve ever had the privilege to ride with. For many of them, a broken bike doesn’t just mean missing a ride—it can mean missing work the next day.

So a massive thank you to everyone who contributed. If you have any gear you’d be willing to donate, please reach out—we’ll be heading back next year. by @mr_jhill

Never too late for a mid life crisis 🤠

I’ve been working on my dad’s old work truck all week. We used to go for rides in this as a kid, and I remember him letting me drive down the country roads when I was maybe 10. I even took my driver’s license test in this truck and somehow nailed the parallel parking segment. It’s been a fun project, and I smell like gasoline. I love it. Thanks @signsbykurt
