My sweet Nico, today you are TWO. 🎈🥳✨️🎉

I honestly don’t know where these two years went. I look at you and sometimes I have to pause and take it all in 😌. The little boy you are becoming, the personality that is so uniquely YOU, and the fact that I’ve had the privilege of watching it all unfold right in front of me.

You came into our lives and changed the rhythm of our family in ways I don’t think I could have fully understood before you were here. You brought more laughter, more noise, more love, and so many moments that I wish I could bottle up and keep forever.

There are days I look at you and can still see my baby, and then there are moments when I catch a glimpse of the little boy you’re becoming. 🥹🤗

Being your mommy is one of the greatest gifts God has given me. I don’t take for granted that I get to know you, love you, guide you, and watch you become who God created you to be. 🙏🏾

My prayer for you will always be that you know who you are, that you know how deeply you are loved, and that God covers you every step of your life. I pray you grow up with a heart that is kind, a spirit that is confident, and a life that is rooted in Him.

I still remember when Julian found out he was going to be a big brother. 🥹 Now, two years later, I’m just in awe watching these two grow up right before my eyes.

Julian has been such an exceptional big brother. Watching him love, protect, teach, play with, and look out for Nico has been one of the sweetest things to witness. And Nico absolutely adores his big brother. 🫶🏽

These two really are two peas in a pod. 🫛 Watching their bond grow over these last two years has been such a blessing. The laughs, the hugs, the little moments, and even the craziness 😂🥴🙃 I wouldn’t trade any of it, and it's something I'll never take for granted!

I pray they always have this love for each other and continue to be best friends, each other’s biggest supporters, and always have each other’s backs.

2+ years. Sooo many challenges. Sooo many moments when we wondered how it would all come together...

BUT GOD!🙏🏾🙌🏾

He has given us dominion, so our tests WILL be testimonies. Through every delay, obstacle, and difficult season, God has continued to remind us that His timing is perfect. ✨️

With continued faith, patience, and trust in Him, the first one is DONE! 🎉

My mother lived for EVERYONE first, and herself last. She gave me so much life! She was the classiest, humblest, most resilient, loving woman i know. Sarcastic and nice at the same time. Lol ...I always miss coming home and hearing "Hey Shuga Bugga." Or being in the next room and hearing her yell, " Jayzo Kapayzooo!!"

-Two life regrets.

One is not taking more pictures with her over the years. Taking time and access for granted somewhat. I always imagined she'd live to get old and grey.

My second, and biggest life regret is not having my two men earlier in life. Every day I see them, I wish I could see her face, as she sees them. Every time they do something new, learn something new, achieve something, say somethimg funny, its always bittersweet because i know we can't have her physically in these moments. I wish they could have a chance to experience the kind of love she would have poured on, and into, them.

I want to say Happy Birthday to my special lady.
...You went from 0, to 1, to 2, and now to 3 Lance men to deal with.
...You went from single life, to wife, to mother hood, all while chasing your own ambitions and success.
...Life transitions are never easy and I know it can't be easy everyday deling with us 3 amazing men. So I sincerely thank you for always being present for our family. We love you. We cherish you. We want to celebrate you!

Yesterday, my Lanie Pooh graduated from 8th grade 🎓💕.

Watching you grow into such a smart, beautiful, and strong young lady is a blessing to witness🥹. As you step into high school, always remember who you are, keep God first, and never let anything or anyone dim your light ✨️. Life will bring challenges, but you are more than capable of overcoming them with God leading and guiding you, + your family's ALWAYS going to be there to support 😘. Continue to walk with confidence, kindness, and faith🙏🏾. Your future is soooo bright, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things you continue to accomplish. Keep shining boo💎! We love you 🎉🫶🏽.

Thursday, my sonshine graduated from Pre-K 🎓🥹

Proud is truly an understatement. Watching him grow, learn, and flourish this school year has been one of the greatest blessings 🙏🏾. His very first experience in school outside of home, building friendships, learning independence, and finding confidence in himself has been so beautiful to witness✨️.

He became known as “the reader 📚” of his class and continued to amaze us every single day with how smart, kind, and bright he is. Seeing him walk into the room, cap and gown, brought so many joyous emotions because time is moving far too fast 🌱.

I pray for God's continued covering as we move along to kindergarten, and that he never forget that he is loved deeply, capable of great things, and destined for an amazing future. 🫶🏽🎉

Happy 5th Birthday to my big boy… who will ALWAYS be Mama’s baby. 🫶🏽 Where did the time go?!

From the very beginning, you’ve filled my life with so much love, laughter, and purpose. We share the sweetest moments—laughing together, learning together, growing together—and I cherish every single one of them. Mommy is soooo proud of the amazing, smart, silly, loving, and caring little guy you are. ✨️

Watching you blossom into your own person and the amazing big brother that you are has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. As you get ready to graduate Pre-K in just a few weeks, I can’t help but feel how fast life is flying by. But I promise you this—I’m soaking it all in. Every hug, every smile, every “Mommy look!” moment… I hold close to my heart. 🥲🤗

You make me proud in ways you don’t even realize yet. You are kind, you are bright, and you are so deeply loved. I thank God every day for choosing me to be your mom.
