My first son,

Words cannot express the overwhelming joy and love that fills my heart as I write this letter to you. On 7/9/24, at 10:12am, you entered this world and forever changed our lives. You weighed a healthy 7.12 pounds and measured 20.5 inches, and from the moment I laid eyes on you, I knew you were the most beautiful and precious gift I could ever receive. As I held you in my arms for the first time, I couldn’t help but be in awe of the miracle of life and the miracle that you are. Your tiny fingers and toes, your soft and delicate skin, and your adorable face filled me with a love so deep and pure, a love that I never knew existed until now. From this day forward, my son, I promise to be there for you every step of the way. I will be your guide, your protector, and your biggest supporter. I will cherish every moment we spend together, from your first steps to your first words, and every milestone and achievement that comes your way. As you grow older, my son, I hope you never lose your sense of wonder and curiosity. May you always have the courage to chase your dreams and the determination to overcome any obstacles that come your way. Remember, you have a world of opportunities waiting for you, and I have no doubt that you will leave your mark in this world. Yesterday, my heart bursts with pride as I watch my baby girl graduate from 5th grade and embark on her journey to middle school. It’s truly mind-blowing how quickly time has flown by. From the first day of kindergarten to this moment, I’ve been in awe of the incredible young woman you’ve become. As a father, I tried my hardest to hold back the tears, but when I walked away, they flowed freely. I couldn’t help myself. And now, my dear daughter, get ready for the loudest cheers and celebrations because I’ll be the proudest and loudest one in the room, celebrating your achievements.
