10 Year Anniversary ‼️.. I have struggled with my weight my entire life.. 2015 I was at my heaviest at 385 pounds.. 2020 I lost my father.. 2021 my mind shifted, I went to the gym and never left.. 3 to 5 days a week.. I be on my protein shakes and eating healthy but been having a little more cheat days lately during the holiday season lol... So grateful for the journey... No lie though I would do this all over again just to hug my dad physically for 30 seconds 🥺, miss ya doc.. Fast forward to 2025 and I am 225 pounds.... Over 150 pounds lost.... I'm not where I wanna be just thanking God I'm not where I use to be. If you don't get anything from this post just remember HEALTH IS WEALTH and YOU MATTER.. 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️💯✨️‼️ #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #explorepage✨ #healthiswealth #strivingforgreatness by @mr_srkennedy
