Extremely proud of myself for this.
(Sorry if you’ve not had your tea 😂)

Left: June 12th 2024 - You can see the sadness in my eyes, I was in an absolute state most days. Drinking just to cope with all the negative thoughts I had about myself. I still hate my physique but to see myself at my heaviest 144kg (23 stone) compared to now is something I’m really proud of.

Right: June 10th 2026 - Sober, still a long way to go.
2 years of ups and downs, training at a good level along with solid nutrition has me completely off Blood pressure medication, Gastrointestinal medication and on the path to being the best I can be.
