Here’s a classic lasagna recipe that’s warm, comforting, and always a crowd-pleaser. Start by cooking 9–12 lasagna noodles according to the package directions, then drain them and lay them flat so they don’t stick together—this sets you up for those perfect layers later on.

While the noodles cook, heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté a diced small onion until soft and fragrant. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, then add 1 pound of ground beef and cook until nicely browned. Drain any excess fat, then stir in a 24-ounce jar of marinara sauce along with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 10–15 minutes so all those flavors come together into something rich and delicious.

In a separate bowl, mix together 15 ounces of ricotta cheese, 1 egg, ½ cup of grated Parmesan, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella (saving the rest for that melty topping), and a bit of chopped parsley if you like, along with salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy—this layer is what makes the lasagna so satisfying.

To assemble, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, then add a layer of noodles, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, more sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Repeat these layers about two more times, building a hearty, stacked lasagna, and finish with a generous layer of sauce and the remaining mozzarella on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the top is bubbly, golden, and irresistible. Let the lasagna rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing—this part takes a little patience, but it makes serving much cleaner. Then dig in and enjoy every cheesy, saucy bite! by @mrandon5437

This was an amazing two years of my life. Throughout the three shows I did, I met so many people and made so many friends. I had many great experiences with great people. Into the Woods was truly an amazing experience for me. My last performance yesterday was one of the most fun filled experiences I’ve ever had. I’m glad to have ended my career well. I will miss this program and everyone involved in it greatly. B Dye is officially signing off✌🏻 by @mrandon5437

More than 4 years ago, I played my first ever golf tournament and shot a 108. Through trials and tribulations, I improved myself in my game and also my mentality on and off the course. My teammates and coaches have given me great memories that will last a lifetime and I can’t thank them enough. Being individual district runner up, I’m more than happy with how I ended my career. I’m going to miss the feeling of knowing that I’ll just have golf season around the corner again to improve, but I’m thankful that I’ve had the opportunity to improve and participate in this. Thank you guys for a great 4 years, and thank you to this game for being a big part of my life. B Dye signing off✌🏻 by @mrandon5437

Despite losing my voice and being green for an entire week afterwards, this was kinda cool. I had a great time with everyone featured in this production and it will be a long lasting memory. Two years ago I joined this program not knowing anything about this and I’ve learned so much and improved and had a lot of fun performing. Thank you everyone.
