528 Hz is often regarded as a frequency that mirrors the elegance of the golden ratio (φ ≈ 1.618), a mathematical constant woven into the spirals of galaxies, the unfurling of leaves, and the proportions of the human body. When people speak of this tone influencing human frequency, they are usually referring to the way harmonious vibrations can encourage a sense of alignment within the mind, body, and spirit. Whether understood metaphorically or energetically, 528 Hz symbolizes coherence: a reminder that human beings, like all living systems, respond to patterns of order, resonance, and balance. In this sense, the golden ratio becomes less a number and more a principle—an invitation toward inner symmetry, emotional clarity, and a deeper attunement to the rhythms of life.
🧠
• Many listeners report feelings of calm, focus, or mental clarity.
• The tone’s steady, smooth waveform can encourage relaxation, similar to other soothing frequencies.
• Some associate it with enhanced creativity or introspection, though this is subjective.

🌬️
• In spiritual traditions, 528 Hz is sometimes called the “frequency of transformation” or “love frequency.”
• People use it in meditation, breathwork, and energy practices

🌻 The Golden Ratio is not just a number—it’s a pattern that appears in:

• Nautilus shells
• Sunflower spirals
• Pinecones
• Hurricanes
• DNA proportions
• Human facial symmetry
• Classical architecture
• Renaissance art

Its presence across scales—from microscopic to cosmic—has led many to view it as a symbol of natural harmony.

Philosophically, the golden ratio suggests:

• A universe built on proportion and relationship
• Beauty emerging from balance
• Growth following predictable yet elegant pathways
• A sense of interconnectedness between humans and nature

Enjoy.

We are so proud of our baby!! This past weekend Ella participated in a children’s business fair and crushed it!!! Our little entrepreneur and her friend Caelyn developed their own body butter.

This was a labor of love that brought together a village of support!! Auntie Shay Shay thank you for sharing some of the @omgwellnessbar secret recipes and providing so much guidance and support.

@nita_shea_butter Thank you for coming through with the bulk raw ingredients when the girls @amazon shipment was delayed.

What began as winning a school project contest evolved into this. These girls worked hard and made a profit. Mama is tired!!!! ❤️🥰❤️ by @mrbradjames

“The Soul Mate Experiment” starring Erica Peeples @ericapeeples, Brad James @mrbradjames, David Banner @davidbanner, and Teresa Celeste @teresaceleste officially wrapped principal photography last month, and what a beautiful journey this has been.

Working side-by-side with the incomparable Tamera Hill @tamerahillwrites to bring her beloved stage play to the screen has been an absolute joy. Her storytelling, vision, and heart made this project truly special.

Our cast is stacked with talent, and we were blessed to round out the ensemble with Cocoa Brown @cocoabrownonefunnymomma, Keith Arthur Bolden @keitharthurbolden, Tre Ryan @treryan, Rodney Perry @rodneyperrylive, Y’Anna Crawley @yannasoulsings, Alphonso Jackson @aqenaten, and many more gifted performers who poured their all into this film.

At its core, this story asks a timeless question:
Do soul mates really exist?
Can two people meet and instantly feel a connection so deep that it feels destined?

You’ll have to wait until 2026 to discover the answer when this beautiful film is released.

It has been a true honor for my company, Silver Lining Entertainment, to co-produce alongside Hidden Gem Entertainment. Another one for the family, and trust me, this one is special. ❤️🎬

Huge thank you to Blavity for announcing the news!

I can finally share that one of my newest films, “The Soul Mate Experiment,” officially wrapped production last month and what an absolute joy this project has been to produce!

This beautiful story was written by the extraordinary Tamera Hill, adapted from her powerful stage play that audiences fell in love with years ago. To now bring it to the screen, working alongside Tamera as her co-production company, has been nothing short of an honor.

And let me brag on this cast for a moment… 🔥

Leading our film is the stunning and talented Erica Peeples, joined by the incredible Brad James, David Banner, and Teresa Celeste.
Rounding out our brilliant ensemble is Cocoa Brown, Keith Arthur Bolden, Y’Anna Crawley, Tre Ryan and Rodney Perry, each bringing heart, humor, and truth to this story.

This film will make you laugh, reflect, and ask a question we all wonder at some point in life:
Are soul mates real?

Stay tuned — The Soul Mate Experiment is coming your way early next year, and I can’t wait for you all to experience it.

Tamera, thank you for trusting me and inviting me along for this beautiful ride. ❤️🎬
