Quiet Saturday afternoons.
Long conversations.
Slow dining.
Tea with a view.
Stormy skies over Lake Lucerne.
Moments that make luxury feel timeless.🌿

Easter Wonderland at Bürgenstock Resort.🐣✨

This year’s Easter installations are inspired by the animated film Up, one of the favourite cartoons of Executive Pastry Chef Damian Carini.

Every year the pastry team creates a completely new concept, transforming the resort into a colourful Easter world.

Chef Carini’s creativity was shaped by his experience in some of Europe’s most iconic kitchens, including El Bulli, The Alpina Gstaad, and Suvretta House St. Moritz.

He was also nominated Pastry Chef of the Year in Switzerland and says that today his biggest inspiration comes from his team and the new talents joining the pastry kitchen.

Luxury hospitality is often about the smallest details — and pastry artistry is certainly one of them.
